I love it. Convenient for me to mail packages. Staff is super helpful and so friendly. And whenever I need to buy a gift it’s the first place I go. It has so many beautiful things to choose from.

Purchased too much stuff while vacationing. My sister and I decided to ship our finds home. The box arrived like any other box mailed but when opened… it was packed as if it were going to the royal family. I could not have been more pleased. Nothing got broke! I don’t normally leave reviews but not to for this would be a crime. I so recommend this company.

Went to Maine to visit, and as my usual, bought more stuff than my suitcase allowed in it. Mail it was wonderful to send all my stuff back home! I had purchased some fragile seashells and they wrapped it all up and it was very safe and sound when I unwrapped it. Reasonable prices and very friendly staff! The gift shop was amazing and only increased the amount of stuff I sent back home!

I have been using Mail It for over a year for my business and they are amazing! Recently a package we sent was damaged in transit but because of the amazing packing of the team here none of the work inside was damaged and arrived in pristine condition. They are amazing to work with and truly help me make running my business possible!

Traveling for 2weeks in New England from Arizona, we collected lots of gifts and souvenirs. We were thrilled to know Mail-It Unlimited could easily pack everything up and ship back to our home! We did not have to worry about how to pack all the items in our luggage (and avoid heavy baggage fees), plus we had breakables and large/odd-shaped items. The package was received timely, with all contents received safely. What a wonderful experience all the way around, and the owner and staff were very helpful and a pleasure doing business with! We'll be adding them to our route on our recurring leaf peeping trips!

Very friendly place and they process shipments quickly. If it is an Amazon return or I need a padded envelope and something shipped the team is always fast and pleasant. They have a ton of stuff in the store and it is a great local stop to pickup some gifts.

We had to mail oversized Chrismas gifts to Florida and decided to give Mail it Unlimited a try. Bill could not have been nicer, more efficient or in a better mood. He expertly packaged up our lovingly wrapped gifts with care, gave us several options for shipping and insurance all while answering several of our concerns with expertise and a great sense of humor. The setting is in a very well laid out store with plenty of staff. We will certainly be back.

I shipped two large, very fragile items via UPS from
Mailit. They packed both pieces expertly and both pieces made it to their destination safely and in a timely fashion. I am so happy to have found a local shipper who is reliable!

I’m so grateful to the crew at Mail-It! We purchased a very large item online, assembled it, and my husband took the packing materials to the transfer station. Too late, we realized this item was not going to work. The staff at Mail-It repackaged the item for shipping, for a very reasonable fee, and our item was returned to the seller promptly. I was extremely nervous shipping my mounted bufflehead duck home to az. It's the last duck I'd ever get to shoot with a close freind, so I was incredibly nervous and considered just carrying it the whole way home on the plane. The manager here assured me he would take the utmost care and that they ship mounts all the time. Anyway 10/10 my duck arrived home incredibly safe and good condition thanks a lot guys!!!!

Tim was really nice to work with. We are in Ohio and needed to ship 50 small trees from a nursery in Maine. I was going to fly up there and take the trees to Mail It and I asked Tim what he would charge to pick the trees up for us, pack them and have them shipped to us. He was very helpful and cost was reasonable. Our trees arrived on time as promised and in excellent condition! THANK YOU TIM! Only problem was now I don't get to visit Maine...

Mail It is a great locally owned family business. Their staff is always knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very personable with their customers, often knowing “regulars” by name. Anything from needing the perfect gift for the hard to shop for on your list or help with shipping a special package across the country or globe, Mail It is the place to go!

I've never been to a store with such an amazing variety of wonderful things. It is honestly possible to find a gift for anyone, any age, and for any occasion. I'm jealous I do not have a store like this in my own city. Absolutely worth a visit if you are in their area ever. Oh, and the Pecan Delights are to die for! 😍

I always rely on Mail-It Unlimited for my packaging needs! I recently had to ship a very complicated and expensive piece of equipment, well above my own personal packing skills. Mail-It Unlimited was able to package my awkward item efficiently and with such precision that I had complete confidence in the item reaching it's cross-country destination safely. As far as I'm concerned this is the only place to handle any mailing needs. If you appreciate old school top notch customer service, come here, don't even bother with the post office. The staff go out of their way to assist with packing and labeling. This is the best place in the world to purchase a gift for anyone. Love this place, I only wish they could deliver my mail!
