Very unique atmosphere! Portion sizes were large and prices were consistent with other restaurants in the area. Thanks for leaving us full and happy after a long day of skiing!

Lovely place, delicious food and attentive staff! They had the fire going made us feel so warm and cozy. Salsa and chips are complimentary and the salsa is spicy! I love it! The food was tasty even though my wife’s dish lacked some flavor. My only regret is not trying this place sooner!

We ordered tacos con pollo, a vegetarian burrito ( they are kind to customize for us), pollo Mexicana with corn tortillas. We liked every single one of them. Tortillas are very soft. For dessert we took churros - we expected plain churros with sugar powder coating but we got some filled churros. Definitely try it if you are visiting Sand Dunes !!! Worth it !!!

Passing Through Town on a cold snowy night, I was in the mood for some good spicy food, this place hit the spot, had the fire going, room was warm, staff was friendly, food was delicious with lots of flavor I'll definitely be back.

Really really good food all around we had steak 🥩 fajitas burgers (Mexican burger) and burrito 🌯 asada and those chips with salsa are fresh and crispy 💯🔥

They've been here twice this week. Both times I had outstanding food and outstanding service.

After long hike just looking for a quick meal. We picked the right spot! Happy hour drinks were perfect and the meals came out quickly. Only downside was the bus boy was too quick and took my drink before I was done. However the manager quickly remedies the situation.

This place is a gem, and my favorite in town. Good food, great cozy vibe, generous portions, great staff.

The margaritas were really good. The chips and salsa were really good. The spinach enchilads were really really yummy (I cleaned my plate). My hubby had shrimp tacos and cleaned his plate too. It's dog friendly (Wlwe sat outside with a dog). They have 2 tables with umbrellas outside. Really happy with this choice overall!

Best Chavalos in the region by far and the only one I haven't been to is in Bayfield. The food was amazing.

Really cozy place! Cabin feeling So So nice! Food was excellent and Margaritas were delicious! We chose to eat here instead of Ramon’s ! I think we picked a better place! Definitely will come back ! Oh the flan dessert is to die for 😋😋😋😋

Great Mexican restaurant in the middle of nowhere Colorado. The carne asada burrito was top notch, full of flavor and the meat was well charred. We'll be back anytime we are in the area.

I had the best chicken enchilada and chilie relleno plate I have ever had. Chaz was our waitress and she was amazing! I highly recommend this place, the entire staff was super nice and the plates were prices very reasonably.

Second visit in as many days. Dinner yesterday and breakfast today. Crispy chips great salsa. Chili Rellano Huevos Ranchero this morning. Staff hustles and more than competent. THEY OPEN at 9:30 A.M. not 10 per website.
