Very kind ladies in the office, laid out very clearly the expectations and rules for their units. Literally moved to AL with a Uhaul full of stuff and a home not ready as expected. I was so thankful they had a large unit available! If I need a storage unit again, I will be coming back! Units are secured so you don't have to worry about belongings.

If you want a safe place for your stuff this is where you go. Staff was really nice and helpful but very protective of the tenant and their property. Had to jump through some hoops to get the unit number to get my nephews stuff when he went to jail. Again they were firm with their policy but helpful and I was able to get his stuff. Thank you Gadsen self storage for being godd business people with a heart still

I've had a storage unit there for many yrs. Great staff wonderful owners. NEVER a problem.
