This is a great new store in a convenient location for Rainbow City and Southside animal lovers! Lots of space filled with a huge selection of food , toys, gourmet treats, ice cream you can make, clothes, everything you would find in other stores.

Love this store and its employees. I regularly yake my rescue dogs there for their "going away prizes," and the staff loves on them and treats them like royalty.

My husband and I have been shopping here for over 4 years. Our kitties eat a special food and thankfully this store carries it. It's not over priced and the staff even order for us in case they run out before it's time for our pick up. Great staff and very eager to help.

I took my cat here who was not having the best of times. He needed a new harness and I was tired of buying wrong sizes. They were very helpful in helping me size a new harness for him. I also have bought all my cat necessities here for over a year. They carry nice food brands such as fussie cat and are hardly ever out of stock. The staff is always kind and helpful.

Very friendly staff, nice selection and fair prices. Have a hard time getting rats to feed my snake from them, but it's due to supplier issues, not the local store. They saved one back for me when I called and asked them to on the day they get them in.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. I called to see if a product was in stock, the staff member checked for me and placed it aside until I could get there. They spoke as soon as I walked in. I will be back to to business with them again!!!

Pet supermarket was great!!!! Although I was a little disappointed 😔... I misunderstood what pet supermarket was... I was expecting a supermarket where pets were the workers, but after walking inside, I realized that I was mistaken. It's just normal humans that run and operate it.

We had such an amazing experience washing our two mini Australian Shepherd’s here! Bryan was so friendly and helpful as well. We 100% recommend!

The employees are so nice and polite. They treat my dog Jill wonderful !! They give Jill so much love ❤ when she comes into the store. As soon as Jill walks through the door the employees are running up to her giving her lots of ❤.. They also have blend over backwards by helping me get items for my two new wild kittens...

Very clean inside. Lots of dog treat options to choose from. The animals they had for sale looked healthy and happy.

Employees are always courteous. They greet me when I enter. Always ask if I need assistance.

Awesome place first time we have ever been in there. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the animals. One employee in particular named Luke was very helpful and stayed with my family and I until we was able to pick out our newest little family member. We will definitely be a returning customer.

My kids love to go in there and see all the animals. The workers are always very kind.

Bought most of my colorful cichlids from here. Fish always make it unlike other pet stores. Got as baby’s now growing lovely. Great service always polite. Good prices. Helpful and knowledgeable.

I go in here a lot for supplies for our animals but this morning i woke up to our entire tank infected with what i now know is a fungus. Luckily i spoke to the manager there this morning but didn’t get her name. She helped me greatly and got me everything i needed and within an hour our fishy’s are back swimming and happy. Thank you so much!

I love this Pet Supermarket. It has the upscale feel and quality of a larger chain pet store as well as the small town feel of your neighborhood pet store. All of the animals there appear happy and healthy, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have only gotten supplies from there so far, but when we are looking to add to a furry of feathered family we will definitely check this place out first!

I visited this shop last week and I got to say I was very impressed! I had never been into a Pet Supermarket before and I just recently moved back to Gadsden! I was looking for a good brand of dog food to change my baby’s diet up. It’s so hard to find a brand that makes the food without tons of all the unnecessary ingredients. The woman at the counter greeted me with a friendly manner and tried her best to help me with my mission. She showed me brands she had feed her pups and told me how much they enjoy them. She really took the time out of her day too help me & figure out how to satisfy my pup & his needs with the perfect dog food! (I was unsure of what to change him to but I definitely didn’t want to go with the popular paid dog foods anymore, they are more harmful to our pups than you may know.) My baby was on Purina pro plan and I noticed he became addictive & protective over his food when he never was that way before! He would just gobble his food up and I swear he’d swallow it whole! I knew it had to be something in his food causing him to be so attached to his food this way! (Almost like it was a drug of some kind) or lacking ingredients to keep him full. So, I purchased Performatrin Excellent in Nutrition, & my baby loves it!!! He now enjoys his food the way he should & I can noticeably tell he is happier and fuller with this brand! Thank you so much for all your help! I HIGHLY recommend trying this place out and their dog food! Ty!
