Easy to find what I needed. Cashier was very quick and thorough and kept the line moving. She was friendly and had a great personality and wonderful attitude.

I want to take a moment to personally thank Kendrick who works in the appliance dept. He went over, above and beyond to get me taken care of with a purchase today. Customers were starting to congregate around the register and he didn’t get rattled but kept his focus on my situation while being courteous to those who were waiting. He saw it thru from the start to the finish. Thank you Kendrick. God bless you and may you have a wonderful holiday season.

I would give 10 + stars if they were available for Tyler, Appliance Manager. We purchased a dryer, got it home and found dents and scratches on the top of it. Tyler was superior with his job of customer satisfaction. Thank you Tyler, we appreciate your pleasant attitude and eagerness to assist us with our concerns.

Lowe's is a chain home improvement store in Gadsden, AL. This particular Lowe's typically has abundant inventory and friendly associates who seem to really care about helping the customer rather than just selling them something. Their seasonal displays of Halloween and Christmas decor are always impressive. The special parking for veterans is also especially commendable.

I am pleased with the item I purchased, but an associate stood out. Her name is Robin, and she is the most helpful associate I’ve ever encountered at that store.

They were very helpful. The sales people helped me select an interior door and my wife to get the right plumbing supplies.

We were there on Labor Day, and Jose was awesome. Best employee I have ever encountered at Lowe’s!

The staff at Lowe's home improvement has always been extremely helpful to my Dad and myself.
No matter what we need, they've ALWAYS been extremely helpful!
It's nice knowing we can go into a store and get the help we need with flooring, appliances or whatever remodeling needs we have at the time.
They delivered the items, and what didn't quite fit, they replaced without a fuss.

Thanks to a lady named Marcy at the service desk I was able to find the perfect log set with remote control and temperature control settings. I'd gotten no help from that department and couldn't find it on the internet. She stayed on the phone with me, found exactly what I wanted and gave me the item number to type in to take me directly to the site. It's hard to get assistance most any day or time over the phone. What a RARE and awesome experience for customer service desk employee MARCY to make sure I didn't get put off again. Thanks girl! I'll be looking for you next time I'm in the Gadsden store.

On Tuesday, July 11, my sister and I visited your Gadsden store to purchase landscape gravel. While waiting in the garden department parking lot, for the gravel to be loaded, my sister had a seizure. The two Lowes employees that where there to load the gravel immediately responded to assist her. While one gentleman called 911 the other gentleman sat on the scorching hot parking lot to protect and hold her head off the pavement. Still another employee brought pillows from the inside to place underneath her, as she had fallen onto a metal rack. These employees went above and beyond to stay with her until rescue personnel arrived. Gadsden Fire Department rescue also did an outstanding job. Lowes can be proud of the actions of these employees. Our sincere thanks to all who helped her on Tuesday. She is home again, as of today, and doing fine. Again, THANK YOU to all these gentlemen.

I always found everything I need at Lowes at a good price

Very helpful. Employees need more knowledge of their departments. Nice store.

Line was a bit long for the time of day but self checkout moved quick enough. Found the paint sprayer filter I needed for the gun without a problem. Guy at the paint section was helpful with pointing us to the right spot exactly.

Best place for 2nd set of house keys to be made!

I give them a 5 star because I can rely on them having what you need. Everything is costly but they are kinda in your pocket. Over all Lowes is more like 3.9

We are replacing our flooring. My husband and I viewed some sample pieces and chose a nice tone and brand that we were looking for. The layout of the store makes finding what you need very easy and it's also affordable.

I went in to get paint matched, and the associate was very professional, knew what she was doing and matched my color exactly. I usually don’t have great experiences at paint counters at other stores. There’s usually a long wait and not very friendly staff. This was not the case at the Lowe’s in Gadsden.

Friendly customer service when I had to do a return. No questions asked, just returned the items I did not need and issued a refund.
It was very crowded today but I was able to get in and out fairly quickly.
The store is clean and well stocked.

I recently purchased a washer and had it delivered. The communication regarding the delivery was excellent and the delivery came as scheduled. The gentleman who delivered were friendly and efficient. They were in and out in no time. Based on this experience I would recommend their delivery to anyone.

Made another return. I had seveeral items to return from several different receipts. I returned them to the card they were purchased on and it was a very easy transaction.

I could spend a million dollars in an hour at Lowe's. They are very helpful at this location and always have someone trying to help you
