I needed a guitar string fixed bc it snapped! The supervisor let me in the store past closing to buy some strings! Great customer service and even my friend was able to get what he needed. What a guy!!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Fernando took time out of his day to help me set up a drum set for my son. It was a huge blessing to me. I am a loyal guitar center customer and will definitely be back.

This place is top-notch. It was the fourth music store that we visited in search of our daughters first guitar. Not knowing much about guitars, we needed a bit more attention. Hats of to Tom, Brent, and the guy with a mohawk for providing an awesome experience. Their knowledge was extremely helpful and put my daughter on a great path to enhancing her skills.

Me and my boyfriend got our dj decks from here, the two dudes working are absolutely awesome. Super kind and you can tell they really love and appreciate every instrument and device they carry, definitely coming back for some other stuff :)

My boyfriend and I have been here TWICE in less than two weeks, and the guy with the amazing mohawk took such good care of us both times (as did another employee the first time). He even helped us out the door each time; he really goes above and beyond with his customers and takes his job seriously!

Their prices and selection can't be beat, and the customer service and employees' knowledge are out of this world. The guitar, amp, accessories for both, and the banjo my Man bought are such great quality. He loves them a ton and is so happy with His purchases... and I enjoy watching and listening to Him use them! :D

I’ve been able to enter a really full house and yet the customer service as been professional and personal. My trade ins were validated and I was able to bring something to Guitar Center that they could sell. As a business I give them 5 stars.

Place wasn't what I expected. Was an cool experience where your welcome to play an instrument, but I'm not a musician; but a lot of talent in the store! Awesome salesman, my son bought a keyboard with confidence from the salesman. 👍👌 TY

I like this place as they have a great selection of everything. I bought my Yamaha Drum set here, but it is a complete madhouse with customers! They are the place to go, so it makes sense that EVERYBODY goes there and will be there when you get there.

Great selection of instruments. Staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to order new instruments and hard cases when those in stock had blemishes. They were delivered to the store safely.

Everyone here is incredibly knowledgeable about their instruments. If they don't have the answer they find it! Went looking for an acoustic guitar for my daughter and of course it wasn't in stock, but I will be ordering online and picking up there!

Thanks to Fernando, we were in and out of there pretty quick, and with the newest and dreamiest drumset ever. He took the time to go over everything with us from top to bottom, explaining the importance of every component. We would have been lost without this. Once home, the drumset was immediately set up and has been played nonstop. Thanks again to Fernando and Guitar Center. Also, thank you for stocking Iron Maiden merchandise (MY FAVE).
