5am appointment, bumped the dock and they had me unloaded by 5:15am. Can't complain about that, easy to back in the door as well.

The roll stock receiver Mike is a becon of efficiency and speed. I pillar that raises this company up a notch.

My appointment was 4 am and i was out by 4:15 am..fast unloading

Wouldn’t that be something if all West rock facilities were as efficient as this one

Had a roll stock delivery. Arrived at 11 for 12 appointment. Was rolling by 12:30. Seems like roll stock doesn't have appointments, and it's first come first serve.

There is no need to check-in for delivery. Get in line for door 13 and put paperwork in back. Disconnect airline.

When they are ready to unload you, they will come out and make you wait inside for the 5 minutes it takes them to off load you.

Receiving door in the middle past the covered trailer docks. Roll stock unloads at single dock just to the left of the receiving door. One truck at a time. Drivers should turn around in the back and line up along the driveway to wait to unload.

45 min unload for me.

Good service.

No overnight parking inside facility.
There is spot to park 2 trucks on the street by the lights on road side.
Appointment at 7 am reached at 630 ,there is only 1 dock for roll stock so they give right away when avaliable.but take 2 to 3 hours to unload.soft spoken staff but really slow.

Dodo juste a coté en haut du carrefour sur le bord de la route. 3-4 places
1 seul dock. Quand vous arrivez faite la queue directement. Pas besoin de se presenter au bureau. Papier dans le trailer.
Celui qui decharge est super sympa et m a offert une bouteille d'eau.
Point negatif. Lattente et pas de dodo sur le site..

Unload is quick but hostile. Don't know if it's just a State thing but many people here don't care for you & respect is non existent

If you have roll stock, just break the seal and back in to dock 13. It's best to spin around in the drop yard around back. Dont try to talk to the office because they will just ignore you for 20 minutes while they are in there farting in eachothers mouths. It's a papermill so the workers seem a little dead inside.

Very abusive pickup environment. They require drivers to stand in the noisy production floor while loading paper rolls. At least have a decent place for drivers to sit. Give truck drivers respect.
