Nicole was very friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. I already knew which mattress I wanted and after asking a few sleep pattern questions she agreed it was one of the best choices. Nicole gave me a great deal and saved me a ton of money. 13/10 recommend you go see Nicole before buying anywhere else.

I came to this store in particular because it had excellent reviews and had even been recommended by our banker the day before we went. Joshua greeted us when we arrived, walked us through the process, figured out what we liked, and showed us examples in great detail. Everyone at the store was friendly and professional. I was impressed by the whole experience, and within days I was sleeping on the bed of my dreams. This store definitely lived up to the hype and I'll be going there again if I need another mattress.

I never felt pressured, I felt like I was treated well and got a good deal, and I left with something I'm extremely happy with. To me, that's excellent customer service.

The sales team was attentive to my requirements and helpful where my budget was concerned, but what really stood out was my delivery team. The delivery crew spotted a small rip in the fabric of my adjustable bed frame and immediately set the wheels in motion to make sure we got the issue documented and resolved quickly. They also left the base with me until the replacement arrived so I has somewhere to sleep. Back to the sales team - the replacement came the NEXT DAY! Thank you, Mattress Firm! Highly recommend.
