The service is great one of the associate help me with my order even though it takes me sometime deciding which to get because there’s a lot to choose from.. she is so patient enough

This was my 2nd visit since the pandemic started but I'm usually a regular customer. They only allow a certain amount of people in the store due to physical distancing so that made the wait a bit longer, especially since lots of folks were in line to make pick and choose boxes. There was one lady behind the counter who was quickly trying to pack pick and choose boxes for customers. She had to call for backup because it was so busy! I got a pound pick and choose box with 10 Dark Chocolate Scotchmallows, 2 Dark Peanut Butter Hearts, 1 Dark California Brittle, 4 Dark Butterchews, 2 cups of Dark Molasses Chip, and 2 Dark Cherry for a total of 21 cups of chocolates. I have my faves & try to study their flyer that shows what they have before I get there and go crazy. Yum! I also bought a Peanut Butter Egg that was on sale. The lady that waited on me was kind & apologetic for the wait. I told her no worries because I'll wait forever for chocolates! She was so nice to give me a coupon for $5 off $35. She also put 2 free Cinnamon candies, a free Cafe Latte Krispy, and an individually wrapped free sample in my bag.

Even though this was the first time that I was waited on by this kind worker, I've been to this store many times and the ladies who work here are always so pleasant and nice. I'm not surprised that See's is consistently busy due to their delicious candies and superior customer service!

Delicious chocolate. Most are affordable, few are too expensive. Often has free samples!

The workers here, are consistently helpful, friendly, and knowledge about the candy, chocolate, and goodies that they offer. I appreciate their knowledge, since this is a confectionery on the higher end of spending. So you want to know what you are buying, and why you are buying it. So yes, i like that they help you out when trying to figure out what to buy.

Very friendly, almost family-like service I was going to buy a mix of milk and dark chocolate peppermints and the counter person asked if it was okay that it was mixed (I was also buying a dark chocolate mixed candies box). Preferring dark chocolate, she offered to make me a box of it (I would never have thought of doing so). Since I needed to buy a bag to carry it in she gave me a larger bag so I could use it to put other items in if I continued shopping elsewhere. So nice and thoughtful.

See's Candies chocolate always satisfies my sweet tooth. My Mom likes the 2 pounds Nuts and Chews box. My Brother likes the different flavors lollipops. Me I like everything. 😋 The Sales Associates are all friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. See"s Candies makes excellent gifts for everyone's sweet tooth.

Third place is so amazing. I can't remember the ladies that helped me. But I think there goal was to feed me. The samples they gave me were so good. And they were extremely helpful in making up the boxes I got for the wife. I know they just put the chocolate in the box, but it's the way she did it and her helpfulness that made it great.

Outstanding customer service! Helped me find exactly what I was looking for and tasty samples of the varieties I had in mind. Even hooked me up with a box sleeve for Mother's Day. Highly recommend!

Why would they not have 5-stars?!!! I know there are a very few folks who *GASP* aren't chocolate fans, they also have butterscotch in different forms, as well as peppermints for ya. There may be more items, I just usually go for chocolates, Scotchmallows & lollipops. They also have mask and social distancing requirements in place, so feel comfortable shopping there! ENJOY!!!

ps. There will probably never be photos from here on my end ... those goodies don't make it too far from the store to my mouth ... even with a mask!!!

Chocolates are always good. Very friendly, helpful workers. They make your visit very pleasant. I love the creams, nuts, nougats. Can't say there is anything I don't like about See's Candy.

The wonderful chocolate conisouers here are consistently friendly and are always so generous with the samples. We love the dark chocolate raspberry truffle and the scotchmallow bar. Perfectly sweet and satisfying!
