Dr. Trego and Hannah were phenomenal. Literally the best eye doctors appointment I’ve ever had. I’m usually super anxious but they made me feel at ease and heard with my concerns. 100% recommend.

My son and I had a great experience here. They were very courteous and respectful of our time. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

M grandparents were in a serious car wreck and unfortunately my grandmother ended up passing. My grandpa was in the hospital with broken glasses (which is definitely not fun). With one phone call the staff at Carolina Eye Care were on it. They were able to get him a new pair of glasses within a few days and made my grandpa feel like a priority. They were so kind, thoughtful, and were so accommodating. My grandfather had nothing but good things to say about this office before all of this happened, but Debbie and the entire Denver office were absolutely amazing to work with. So unbelievable grateful for the amazing staff at this location.

The staff in the Denver office are a highly professional, friendly and accommodating group of people. I find them very helpful in all positions starting with phone support, front office interaction, technicians and finally my doctor. I feel valued and listened to. Dr Trego answers my questions in a way that feels like a collaborative relationship to determine needs and creative solutions. I have increasing concerns over glaucoma symptoms and its effects on my eyesight. She has been patient and empathetic and doesn’t hesitate to recommend other professionals to weigh in. I am grateful to her and to all the staff for their kind and professional treatment towards me

Very nice clean office. The gals at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. Ashley was very nice and thorough during the pretesting. Dr Trego is awesome! They took the time to find out about any and all concerns with my vision, then addressed them. What a great team!

Love love love this place, doc was funny and knowledgeable, girls set me up with great frames and hooked me up with an independent insurance for my other half, front desk explained my insurance to me in detail. Was an awesome time all the way around. Lots of laughs, great personalities. Definatly my new place.

The staff goes above and beyond. They are very kind and helpful from beginning to end.... from taking you back to helping you pick out glasses. I cant say enough about this Eye Center. The kindness of the staff and the doctors there definitely make the whole process so much easier and relaxing. Would highly recommend them.

I switched to them after using Advanced eye care in Denver previously. I found this Carolina Eye Care office to be much friendlier and efficient. The front desk ladies got me an appt the same day. The doctor was very pleasant and professional. And the variety of frame choices is one of the best I have ever seen. Dawn offered excellent suggestions to help me order the glasses that were perfect for me. They were ready in less time than they said and I get loads of compliments on them. I’m so glad I switched to them.

Coming to get my annual exam is something I look forward to. The entire staff are like family and truly take the time to be sure everything is perfect. I never feel pressured about decisions and the Dr is always more than willing to discuss changed in contacts etc. I would highly recommend Carolina Eye Care to everyone!

Took my grandson here for the first time. He has Asbergurs Syndrome. He did great and liked all the people. He was very comfortable with the entire appointment. The staff was fantastic and made him feel accepted.

Great experience from start to finish! Worked my 3 boys in on a days notice, and spent a long time with them training for contacts. Super patient staff and very friendly! Highly recommend!

Ms. Dawn is the main reason we come here- while all of the staff is amazing, she has been taking care of my Lauryn for years. We seriously could not have anyone else help her pick her glasses.

I just moved to the area so this was my first visit to Dr. Stacy Trego, OD, in the Denver NC office. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. Tammie did all the pre-testing and she was very efficient and also friendly. I really like Dr. Trego as she took her time with me and helped me find a new type of contact as I needed to find some that were less expensive as I am now on a fixed income. I appreciated the fact that she had the pricing in the exam room so could quote me right then which helped me make a decision. I am now testing out the new contacts and she said if I have any trouble with them she would work with me to find another type of contact. She is very friendly and I would recommend her to anyone.

They go above and beyond. It is always such an organized, comfortable and relaxed experience. They even ordered a frame for glasses I liked in a different color for me to try it on before committing to the order. It is the little things they do so well that keep me coming back year to year.

I was a new patient. Service was thorough and timely. The facility was very nice. All of the people I interacted with were very personable. I have never enjoyed an appointment so much, they were rather fun people. I will be coming back.
