Dr. Wells is a class act. Personable and knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing him again. The office staff seem a little unmotivated, but it's not any worse than most medical offices. Big plus--this location seems to keep on time; the Huntersville branch was at least 20 minutes behind both times I visited.

I was running late (after 5 pm) and needed to pick up a pair of glasses for a business trip. I called the office from the rode and they agreed to stay after hours to get me fitted in my glasses so I could have them for the trip. They did it with a joyful attitude and I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile for me. Thank You!

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had at My. EyeDr. All the ladies were very professional. They have shifted more towards a virtual exam and it’s so much more in depth. They did a fantastic job I’ll definitely be back will definitely be referring people here!

My son needed his eyeglasses tightened. We walked in with no appointment and they gladly tightened his frames very quickly and with a smile! We greatly appreciated their kindness!

I recently completed my annual exam via VEH and had a great experience with the tele-health provider. It was very efficient and a quick process. And entire staff especially Jay, Gabrielle and Robbin are the absolute sweetest and were so helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend!!!

Two times I have gone into this store, and I am not even a customer. Two employees have fixed and adjusted my glasses both times. One a man and one a woman. They were both extremely nice and caring, especially since I have never spent a dime here. I will absolutely be coming back for my next exam. By far the best service I have received at a glasses store.

The staff here is awesome! They welcomed me and helped me to find the best prices for my contacts and glasses in conjunction with my insurance! Glasses and contacts were delivered to me at the store within 5 days!

I had a really problem with a pair of glasses I got from this location in the spring. Paola, Ally, and Juan were amazing. My warranty was still active and they made sure they had me all fixed up in new frames in very little time at all. I appreciate them!

Great, personalized service buying my new glasses from receptionist as well as Jamal Stewart. I was allowed to leisurely explore frames (good selection though not overwhelming). Assisted well with my choice. No problem using a prescription from outside optometrist. Given fair discount making pricing in line with discount online suppliers (who offer no service at all). I bought 2 more pairs of sunglasses at even further discount. Had my new spectacles in under 10 days. Again, quicker than online retailers. Besides, try to order ligned trifocals online.

I will aways use MyEyeDr for my glasses amazing eye wear collection. But most of all the staff is wonderful!! Cassandra at the front desk was phenomenal as was the rest of the staff. When I hit a snafu with my insurance company (system problem on their end) Cassandra went out of her way to help clear it up. They also worked incredibly hard to get me the lowest price on my glasses. I’m a grateful customer.
