Dunkin'

The team at the Dunkin on Catawba in Cornelius, NC has been awesome! They're quick, efficient, and even recognize my truck when I roll through the drive-thru in my mornings to pickup "truck doughnuts" for my son before preschool. Keep up the good work y'all!

Awesome service! I went to the wrong location for my mobile order which meant that my order was sitting at the correct location and getting cold. When I arrived at the correct location, they remade my order so that it was fresh and warm! As a small business owner I know the importance of cost of goods and time and the manager Michael did not hesitate to take care of me even though it was my fault! Kudos to the owner for empowering your staff to take care of people without hesitation!

It’s a great experience indeed. The staffs are so cool. We were looking for donuts and coffee. They offered donuts for free for my boy. 😄. The coffee was so fresh. Tried ice cream just yummy. Wanna repeat…

I come to this Dunkin for a week once a month. They are always really busy but do a wonderful job at getting all of the customers through the line. All of the staff are cheerful and courteous.

This particular Dunkin has a very local/family vibe. The staff is very tentative and went the extra mile to customize our very picky taste buds(my iced coffee is very specific). I recommend this location to everyone. Followus on Facebook @johncauble

People May claim that the service is poor or it is not quick enough to their liking
However every morning I am at this dunkin Location I can see that they struggle with staffing just like any other business
But every morning every single employee there works their tail off to get peoples orders in with a smile on their face

I am a proud frequent patron of this location and hope ownership/corporate take this Dunkin location as a model example of how every Dunkin should be ran. Which speaks volume to the direct management and supervisors

The customer service at Dunkin’ Donuts was exceptional. The place was clean, food was great but most importantly the service was off the charts. Sam and Jackson did a wonderful job. Absolutely phenomenal work from them!

I just left the Dunkin Donuts on W. Catawba Ave., I got a Med. Caramel latte with an extra shot.
I must say, it may have been one of the best lattes I have ever had.
Its so nice to be pleasantly surprised. It made me smile.....and stay awake until quieting time. Merry Christmas!

Getting dunkin can be a gamble.. You’ll either get the most delicious coffee ever OR lakewater. Happy to say this location hit home with the coffee. Unfortunately the donut wasn’t glazed much but I don’t think they even make them in house anyways. Delicious and great staff :)

My favorite Dunkin’ in the area. It can get busy in the morning but they’re pretty fast. They are very consistent and my order is always correct. Haven’t had the same luck with other locations. The only thing about this location is it can be tricky getting in and out in the mornings with traffic.

The drive through is interesting but everything else is spot on. This is a nice quick location. The cold brew pumpkin swirl is out of this world!!! High five highly recommended!

Great food and staff. They all have nice personalities. On another note regarding Michael Warren and others who seem to be nothing more than winey little babies. Only one who is incompetent themselves could recognize those traits in others. I have been in there to see more than enough adults come through acting like toddlers. It blows my mine. You than jump to social media displaying your childish and cowardly behavior as if those workers are going to see your negative post and say uh ohhhh, Michael Warren has spoke he called us incompetent and we got to get a new job. Please get a fricking life and how old are you? You are complaining about a dozen donuts that from your pic you clearly shouldn't be eating any donuts not even one or a nibble. Not too mention your bandana in that pic looks like it is choking your head. You suffer from headaches lately Mr. Warren, a little more angry than the usual? You have options. If you don't like the coffee fix it at home. If you don't like the donuts buy from somewhere else. No one cares about you and all the other little winey you know what I really want to say complaining about food and coffee. Some of those staffers probably live better than you. Can you afford Starbucks because that too is your other option or does too many snobby or corporate people go there for you. Stop complaining and move on chipmunk. Now I'm moving on.

Sam and Jackson took Customer Service to a Whole New Level! Additionally this has to be the cleanist, most professional, and highest quality Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to! Highly Recommended!

My experience was great!! Friendly smiling 😃 staff. I shouldn't have gotten the cold coffee though. Sat outside for a meeting, 32 degrees LOL!!!

I love the staff and the speed of service. They never get my order wrong. Fast and friendly is the theme here.

The customer service here trumps the Huntersville store. They have your coffee ready out the window when you pull up and not to mention they are personable! I'll choose traveling to Cornelius rather than Huntersville from now on.
