We Fix It Phone Repair

I had the pleasure of speaking with Reed via phone today. Although he wasn't able to provide services to replace my Moto G Play phone screen, he was extremely helpful giving me references and advice on how to proceed in finding a solution. He was Extremely Polite and Patient as I ask him numerous questions. I highly recommend speaking with Reed pertaining to any electronic issues you have and I feel sure you will also be 100% Pleased with the results you receive from him!

Friendly, efficient service! Changed my iPhone battery in about 15 minutes and cost much less than Apple, and most important I did not have to drive to Richmond for Apple Store! Very pleased with care technician used in details of battery change.

The guys at Batteries Plus had my phone fixed within 45 minutes of my going in there. They were courteous and explained what needed to be done. Not only that but I they changed out my internal battery on my Galaxy. I highly recommend them.

Made an appt on Monday for Tuesday to get my screen replaced on my iPhone. It was an easy process. I dropped it off and they told me to come back in an hour. Came back in an hour and the screen looked perfect. Very happy and money well spent.

My ipad screen was shattered and I took it in to Batteries plus at 12:15 p.m. today and they said it would probably be about that same time tomorrow when it would be ready. At 6:00 p.m. I got a call today saying it was ready. Great service. Very nice young men working in the store and taking care of customers.

My Phone Store said the problem was probably the battery.....wanted to " upgrade " me for $599. I said let me think about it and went to Batteries Plus ( I had heard about their advertising Apple battery replacement ) The tech checked out the phone.....confirmed the battery problem and I was out the door in less than an hour for @ 50 bucks ! VERY happy customer here...….the employees here know their stuff, and are very polite. THANKS !

**What I think Needs Improvement** When I called to make an appointment the tech is apparently *Required* to deliver wayyyyy toooooo much information....absolutely to the point that I could not understand what his message was.
I sincerely feel this needs improvement.
A simple....."Batteries Plus Bulbs..Randy speaking would be fine!

Excellent knowledgeable staff highly recommend. Except the quality of the screen protector. I would recommend to skip it although it was placed perfectly with no bubbles it doesn't no fit the screen. Side of the screen are exposed and show a line in the first words of text on the any screen. Not worth $20. Overall the good outweighed the bad in this case so 5stars.

The gentleman was very polite yet friendly, had my phone battery changed quickly too! Everything is working great! And he gave me tips on caring for my new battery.

Scheduled appointment online to replace battery in iPhone 6s. Took about 20 minutes. Courteous service, knowledgeable personnel and much less expensive than replacing a phone.

They were very polite and friendly and was able to help me with a new battery for my iPhone 6. I am totally pleased and would recommend Waynesboro Batteries Plus Bulbs.

Looked he did a very good job, identified other issues with phone that couldn't be fixed so I would know about them, he was able to do the repair quickly and in the stated time, I would recommend this business and will come back.
