Martin's Pharmacy

Got so sick of using CVS and their terrible service, so I decided to try out Martins Pharmacy and I am very happy hear. They are always very friendly and don't take a ridiculous amount of time to fill a prescription. Any notes that are requested to add account are added and they keep up with these. notifications are sent out when prescription is ready and they are actually ready. very happy

So far so good. Like this pharmacy. I normally don't rate good because of bad experiences here lately, but I give credit to those who deserve it. They get things done on time.

I recently moved my prescriptions from CVS to Martin's Pharmacy and I have to say, What a pleasant surprise!! After I had to go through hell with CVS, everything goes on at Martin's Pharmacy as it should. Everyone at Martin's Pharmacy is pleasant, hard working and instead of telling me they are 3 weeks behind, hours have been cut and their short handed, they greet me with Hello what can I do for you today!! I get text messages from them that my Rx's are ready, and other information.
Yes, there's no drive thru but being it's a grocery store I can get whatever groceries I need. What a pleasure to pick up my prescriptions now. I give them a 5 Star rating. Thank you Martin's Pharmacy for treating me like a valued customer.

Never had a problem getting prescriptions filled and the pharmacists are always helpful and friendly. Often they inform me if I can get medication cheaper or if the medication I was prescribed is not covered by my insurance. Love my local pharmacy

Glad I switched here. Pharmacy staff all helpful and pharmacist’s are really knowledgeable about my questions, and my meds and possible side effects!

I've always had great service at Martin's Pharmacy. Michael - the pharmacist remembers my name and always goes above and beyond to make sure my scripts are filled. The only issue I've had is because they're short staffed - sometimes it may take a bit longer than expected.

It was okay but they wasn't as personal and friendly as I would have liked.

Need to change your automated message saying your prescription will be ready for pick up after 12 next business day because it never is, we actually gave you 2.5 more hours and It still wasn't ready! Don't have something giving you a time to pick something up if your not gonna make that time!

I got my prescriptions here for years, and the pharmacist was always very rude. You typically have to wait 15 minutes before they'll even acknowledge the fact that you're standing there. Once I waited... And waited... And waited, and when the pharmacist finally acknowledged me, he asked me to "go away" as he was too busy to just grab my prescription for me. It was already filled! I finally got fed up and switched to Target. They're much nicer.

Horrible . I had a prescription called in at 8:30 am , at 6:30 pm arrived to pick up prescription, as usual with this pharmacy 10 hrs is not nearly enough time to fill a prescription. Wouldn’t bother with a review but it’s nearly every time I have a prescription filled here .

Half of the pharmacy staff is outright rude, judgmental, and will make you feel as small as they can about the prescriptions they’re filling for you. I will never go back to this pharmacy. We should be treated like human beings not something lesser than that.

The pharmacists never answer, are rude and make it a chore to pick up any medications. I’m Switching immediately and I suggest any other customers do the same.

Pharmacist Warren Booth was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was asking some questions and he stated “you can stop asking questions.”
