Sky Ridge Farm was the most perfect place we could have ever imagined to have our wedding. From the staff to the venue, everything was so well thought out, unique, and truly made for a stress free experience.

The staff went above and beyond in every way. They checked in on us leading up to the wedding, answering all of our questions promptly and even went out of their way to let us drop flowers off early since we were coming from out of town.

Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the view, the handmade tables, and everything in between. I wish we could get married here over and over again.

If you’re even slightly considering Sky Ridge Farm, stop your search because I promise you will not find something better. We miss it already!

Sky Ridge Farm is such a dreamy wedding venue! We loved everything about having our wedding there. The barn is so charmingly rustic and the view is to die for! All of our guests raved about how beautiful the location was! All of the owners and staff were so sweet and accommodating. Haven was an amazing help and so quick to answer any questions we had. The getting-ready suites were nicely appointed, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Having access to the venue for the whole weekend, also, made it SO MUCH easier on us for set-up and clean-up and let us take our time rather than needing anyone to stay late to clean up after the wedding was over. It was such a pleasure having our wedding at Sky Ridge Farm and we could not have been happier on our special day!

Booking Sky Ridge Farm as our venue was the easiest decision we made when wedding planning. The fact that we got 3 days included with our rental in order to have a day dedicated to setup and cleanup made it a stress-free experience. The management team is so kind and responsive. Every little detail is thought about and the views are immaculate! There are so many wonderful amenities to use that also made planning the wedding stress-free. Our guests loved everything about Sky Ridge Farm just as much as we did. Decorating the barn is so easy because the beautiful natural aspects of the barn bring out so much character. Every view you get inside and outside the barn is so beautiful. We highly recommend booking Sky Ridge Farm as your wedding venue. It is truly perfect!

Sky Ridge Farm Events was the first and only wedding venue my husband and I toured when we were looking for a venue for our wedding reception. The management team, amenities, and aesthetic is what made our decision so easy! Once we booked with Sky Ridge, Kari was so accommodating and flexible when we requested to visit the barn several times to plan. Haven was always very responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process, especially with all the COVID-19 uncertainties.

The white exterior of the barn, views, farm wood tables, cross back chairs, and groom/bridal suites are what make this venue so dreamy. Having the barn for 3 full days made the wedding weekend so easy, especially for being a bride with out of town family members. My husband and I LOVE everything about Sky Ridge and their team. We strongly recommend their venue for your wedding!!

Let me just start by saying this venue is AMAZING. From the moment my husband & I walked on the property, we both fell in love with the barn and surrounding area and knew it would be a perfect place to hold our wedding.
Neither of us had ties to Waynesboro, but we both love the outdoors and I wanted mountain views and a rustic feel and Sky Ridge checked those boxes.
Haven, Amanda, and the rest of the team were wonderful to work with. Haven kept us up to date throughout our year of planning and sent helpful reminders on everything we needed before our big day. Amanda was our point of contact during wedding weekend and was always quick to respond to our questions.
One of the best things about Sky Ridge is that the venue is yours from Friday morning until Sunday afternoon - wow, what a game changer! We were able to take our time setting everything up on Friday & Saturday morning and never once did we feel rushed or behind schedule. It was so nice knowing we had the venue for the whole weekend. The bridal suite is super cozy and my girls and I had a blast hanging out & getting ready all day. I know the guys enjoyed their suite as well.
I chose very simple décor so everyone could enjoy the authenticity of this beautiful barn. The farm tables and string lights were beautiful! We used the newly added wine barrels as cocktail tables and we LOVED the handmade lighted bar they recently built!
This venue was everything. We are so happy that our marriage journey began here and we’re looking forward to coming back to celebrate an anniversary one day at Sky Ridge Farm:)

Our October 2021 Sky Ridge Farm wedding experience was nothing short of perfect! We chose this venue over the dozens of other options in the Charlottesville area for a variety of reasons.

First, the venue is family-owned and it shows. Haven and Kari cared deeply about the happiness of their couples. They were quick to respond to emails and texts, and were not afraid to think outside the box with us to make our vision come true. Second, even for couples like us who have vendors to do the setup/cleanup work, the all-weekend access is a HUGE advantage. We were able to go over ourselves on Friday morning to chat with the staff and finalize floor plan details with our planner, which took so much stress off of Saturday. And Sunday we were able to drop back in for our personal items rather than forcing family members to deal with everything Saturday night. Lastly, the space itself is so well done. The owners preserved all the cool aspects of the original 1800s barn while incorporating updated amenities and fixtures. It's hard to believe this place was a working cow barn ~5 years ago. The balcony overlooking the mountains, which we used for both cocktail hour and post-dinner dancing, had all our guests gushing over the views.

There are lots of things we might've done differently if we had a wedding do-over, but we would not have changed a thing about our experience with Sky Ridge Farm. Thanks Haven, Kari and Amanda for everything you did to give us such a great experience!

Sky Ridge Farm is an incredible venue! My husband and I were able to have such a beautiful wedding this past October at Sky Ridge. Kari and the entire staff are incredible to work with, even through a global pandemic. The venue is wonderful and the view is absolutely stunning. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Sky Ridge Farm!

This past October (2020) my husband and I had the privilege to get married at Sky Ridge Farm! From the very start of the process, Sky Ridges’ staff was so friendly and kind and made us feel welcomed. My husband and I knew this was the venue for us the moment we stepped foot in the barn and looked out onto their renovated balcony viewing the mountains. It was so beautiful! Their new bridal and groom suite are AMAZING as well and had a ton of natural light- great for photos! Of course with our luck, it rained on our wedding day, but the view of the mountains with the fog and the rain was breathtaking and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. I would recommend this beautiful barn/venue to all my friends and to everyone that has the opportunity to go check it out! Our experience with everything was amazing! You won’t regret the views when you say I do!

You won't find a cooler barn with indoor and outdoor space to enjoy your wedding or event! As a wedding DJ it has been a very versatile space for my couples. Love it!

Sky Ridge is AMAZING! Kari and everyone there is so friendly and amazing to work with. The venue is gorgeous and was absolutely perfect. Even through the covid crazy, it was such a beautiful time and they were so helpful.

Sky Ridge made our wedding weekend and the process leading up to it so easy and such a dream! The bride/groom suites had everything we needed and so much space for everyone. The field and mountains were beautiful and they were so easy to work with and we couldn't have asked for a better day.

Literally the most BEAUTIFUL venue for our June wedding this year! They made everything such an easy process from start to finish and were the nicest people to work with! And the barn itself is such a vision; gorgeous field/mountain view, unique white-washed exterior, and so much texture in the raw wood. Not to mention how incredibly convenient it was to have everything you needed in one place; guest bathrooms, catering kitchen, bridal/grooms suites with bathrooms. Cannot recommend Sky Ridge Farm more!

I just had my wedding at Sky Ridge Farm on October 16 and I could not be more happy I chose this venue. Besides the stunning view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the venue is well kept and the owners are constantly doing things to make the venue even better.
The bridal suite was AMAZING! I spent hours there with my girls getting ready and we had a place for our dresses to hang, a bar for our mimosas and pastries, and couches and chairs to lounge on. The grooms suite is just as amazing.
The barn has beautiful dinner tables and chairs that you don’t have to pay extra for, and cute furniture and barrels you can use for decoration. I really appreciated the venue giving us Friday-Sunday for set up and tear down. It made life SO much easier.
The owners and people who work at the venue are easily accessible and the closer to your wedding you get, they check in to make sure they have everything they need from you and make sure all your chairs and tables and furniture you need are out of storage and any extra stuff you don’t want for the wedding has been put into storage and is out of your way.
If I had to go back in time and choose a venue for my wedding, I’d choose this venue every time!! You get more than what you pay for and you will not regret booking your wedding with Sky Ridge Farm!

This is such a wonderful venue to host your events! Sky Ridge is a charming, rustic barn with an amazing view of the mountains. The owners and management team are so easy to work with and are very responsive. The venue is well-maintained and equipped with everything you may need. They really thought of everything - spacious bridal and groom suites, caterer's kitchen, bar, and many other amenities.

My daughter was happily married October 2022 at Sky Ridge Farm. After touring several other venues in the area, Sky Ridge Farm stood out amongst the others with the incredible views, the beautiful barn, and all the amenities by daughter and her fiancé were looking for. Having access to the barn Friday through Sunday was a life saver. Communication with the owners was easy and all of our questions were answered in a timely manner. From the beautiful mountain views and surroundings, the farmhouse tables and chairs, the deck overlook, the spacious bridal suite and groom's room, to the chandeliers and lighting, everything was absolutely amazing. We received so many compliments on the venue and the bride and groom never wanted the day to end. We are so very happy that they chose Sky Ridge Farm for their wedding!

I got married here and it was perfect! I absolutely love what they have done with the barn, it's so beautiful! Amazing bridal suite - great for hair and makeup!! Big groomsmen suite as well! They made everything stress free and everyone is so helpful and sweet! I highly recommend this venue it's fabulous! You will not be disappointed!

Sky Ridge Farm is the perfect place to have a wedding. My husband and I got married there in 2017. It was one of the easiest decision I made during the whole planning process and turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Kari was great to work with. The space worked out perfectly for both the ceremony and reception with an easy transition between the two. The place was great when we got married and they have only continued to make it an amazing venue. I have recommended to several people and will continue to do so for years to come!

The outdoor views surrounding this venue are breathtaking... & the inside is absolutely beautiful too! ~ Some of my favs about it include the authentic sliding front door entrance, a large main party room filled with thick, beautiful handmade tables (owner-made), and the perfect balcony which overlooks the mountains!...The convenience of the the 2 bathrooms on the veranda is great too, and the photography opportunities are plentiful there as well! My family watched the owners work tirelessly (with sweat and tears, but mostly sweat) to convert an old barn into a beautiful venue to provide a high quality spot for others to share their memorable, meaningful events. They are such good, kind people in general which makes the 'Sky Ridge Family' wonderful to do business with. No disappointments to mention.

As soon as I saw Sky Ridge Farm I knew I had to get married there one day and this past June 2019 I did. The white barn is surrounded by beautiful blue mountains and is set in a rustic field. The patio addition made the perfect dance floor and everyone felt more comfortable in a bigger space. The place is bursting with natural beauty and I can’t think of a better place to get married.
