T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

My experience at T-mobile on Rt 9 South in Rio Grande NJ was great and I owe it all to Zach! He was calm, polite and helpful. All T-mobile stores should have at least one Zach!

I just want to shout out to Tara from T-Mobile. She has the best customer service out of everybody in that store. She’s nice she’s friendly she’s helpful. I I would definitely recommend people to go to Tara. She should be number one employee every month.

About a week ago I was having trouble with my previous phone company. However Tara honestly was the best and most patient person ever. She offer her help and time even after hours and honestly she made this experience less stressful. Very great service definitely ask for Tara

My husband just had to get his phone replaced, so we were at the Tmobile store two times within a week. The Retail Associate Manager Cody was very pleasant to work with. He was very respectful and helped us throughout the process. I would highly recommend going to this store for any of your Tmobile needs.
