Switched my cell service from AT&T back to Verizon and was having some issues with the "Smart Setup" from home. Drove over to the Rio Grande Verizon store and Blake handled everything for us. He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and definitely goes above and beyond. We had entered the store very frustrated, and by the end, we were all laughing. I am currently having another issue with my phone today, and without hesitation, Blake said to come back to the store tomorrow. We can't thank Blake enough! Wish I could rate his customer service above 5 stars.

We just switched our phone plans to Verizon and it was very easy with the super helpful employee Blake. Blake was kind and courteous and knew exactly what he was doing which made the experience great!

Dave was AMAZING!! He made my switch from another phone company after 19yrs, the easiest and less successful than I thought it was going to be!! We NEED more people like him in the world!!!

Above and beyond great experience!! They were so incredibly nice. We lost our phone on vacation and we’re incredibly stressed out, the young man(I forget his name ) was great at calming us down lol. I highly recommend this place for the amazing staff and service! A plus in my book ❤

He really took his time out of his dad to be patient with me and my husband when it came to getting rid of our old phones and into new ones.

He did not make us feel out of the technology world and made it very painless and exciting.

Employee Blake helped me purchase an iPhone a couple of months ago and set it up for me. He was very professional and patient while helping me set up my phone!
Recently I brought my phone in and he helped solve a problem a family member was having with an iPhone. Once again Blake solved the problem. This is definitely the store to go to and get great service.
