Probate Court

Staff there are very nice but very busy. It’s a tough, demanding, and delicate job. My father’s estate took 11 years so I really got to know anyone.

Horrible. NO ONE answers the phone. No on returns messages. Someone accidentally picked up once and thought it was funny. It is not funny that they assigned a conservator to my mother who dumped her in a disgusting nursing home and is selling her house. They gave all of her money to the nursing home without leaving a penny to have someone help move things. How is she supposed to get her 83 years of belongings with a penny. Disgusting. I asked for a hearing weeks ago.. nothing.

I have been trying all day to get a callback regarding an extremely urgent situation. The automated phone system is extremely unhelpful. I have left about 10 messages with 5 different people and not one has given me the courtesy of a callback for an extremely urgent situation. I suggest that someone take charge of this organization so that constituents aren't left hanging.

I don't think anyone at the probate court in Stamford will read this, since they don't even read the documents that go into their office. It's like sending paperwork into a black hole. They lose everything I send them and I have to call and follow up on every single item and step of the long and confusing process. They don't make it any easier, either. It's ridiculous, they seem to think it's their job to make draw the probate process out as long as possible. How does this continue? I know it's not just me because I spoke to two lawyers who do work in this probate office when I was waiting to speak with the judge. They both said it is the worst probate court they deal with.

The Court marshalls in this court are scum..not everyone that is in a courthouse is a criminal...LEAVE THE JUDGING TO THE JUDGE...THE JUDGES WILL BE JUDGED BY GOD THE ALMIGHTY KING OF KINGS.
