The employees are all very nice. I asked for them to do a code scan on my car as well as a battery test. Without hesitation, they went out in the cold to help me out. Definitely way better customer service than AutoZone.

Had a nightmare experience with the customer support on the app and the guys at the store took care of it with no problem. I'm telling you, I was dealing with customer support regarding a warranty issue for over a year!! I'll never use the app or online support again, from now on the in person experience is where it's at for sure. Thank you guys so much!! I had pretty much given up on it and y'all restored my faith in your store. We'll never buy anything from anywhere else, you've earned lifetime happy customers with us😊

Last week I was in a major bind and the part I needed was not available at yalls location. However your two associates, Billy and Georgia, saw that in my great deal of stress I was scribbling all sorts of information about the part number and which stores had it with a pen I borrowed from them and was jotting this all on a ripped up pizza coupon sheet (with all sorts of hard to read notes i scribbled on there). As I was leaving, they stopped me and insisted I take not only the pen with me, but also handed me a sticky note pad so i had a clear slate to use more efficiently on my quest to fix my car. As weird as it sounds, that little act of kindness threw me off and gave me a second to breathe. It not only made my day but they ultimately helped me fix my car that night, even though the part i needed just happened to be out of stock. From now on, I'll always check here first and recommend this location to everyone. Corporate better be treating everyone in this store right. I've had nothing but great experiences from here since I came in on the grand opening (this one experience was just the best and felt needed to be shared).

Wow! Excellent customer service and response at this Advance Auto Parts in Hudson, Ma.... After purchasing an alternator at another location which was bad, Stacey, Nicole, Zack and Josh went above and beyond helping me make this a seamless exchange. They were super friendly and made the exchange and my repair a not so frustrating and usual headache of a job!! If you're looking for help for your automobile needs, I would recommend you shop this location every time, as I know I will!! Thanks Again!

My first phone call to Nicole at the store was a great first experience. Then when I arrived at the store to pick up the products that I needed, Nicole brought me to where I needed to go and was very friendly wanting to help me in every way to get what I needed for my car. Thank you Nicole and I'm quite sure that every customer will feel the same way that I do.

Zach and Nicole were extremely helpful. Yesterday I was trying to find a part for my mothers 04 Xterra and they sat there for about an hour trying to help me find it. They even went as far to try and look up online what I was trying to get. Nicole ended up finding out that the damn part was discontinued by nissan. Definitely going back there as they were extremely helpful.

Went looking for specific hard to find Japanese struts for a Daihatsu mini truck. Nicole was very helpful in getting some cross-referenced parts even though they didn't have them. Thanks Nicole!

I was stopping in to get a part for my car and got much more than expected. The person who I dealt with his name was Keith he was extremely helpful with the knowledge he had about cars. The rest of the staff was very frimedly and helpful as well. Keith even gave me a few pointers on how I could save money in the future by checking for coupons and other issues to look out for with my car. It is nice when you can come into a store and get to talk to people who will give you an honest answer, instead of trying to just sell you products you don't need. I have been to many auto parts stores in the past and have gotten really bad service and information. From now on this will be my first choice to get parts. Went in looking for an oil dip stick replacement and the kind gentleman on staff offered to help me try to get my broken one out (with their tools) because I had recently gone to Jiffy Lube in Maynard earlier that week and supposedly my oil dip stick was broken prior (although no one told me there was an issue until I went to check my oil). And no luck but thanks for trying!!!!

I just got windshield wipers there. The Kuy. Who replaced them 4 me i would like to thank.. So Ty Steve your the best.. Keep up the Great work. If theirs more than 1 Steve , he's the very tall Kuy with locks.. Thanks again for the help and great suggestion about selling my car..

So all around I do like it very much.

I called before going about having them interpret my check engine light. And when I arrived they remembered my call and were super helpful even though I wasn't buying anything. That called earning goodwill.

Fast friendly service. I usually hit the autozone by my house, but they came through in the nick of time for getting the last items I needed to redo my lower control arms and sway links.

I am not much of an auto parts expert. Just mostly buy headlights, wipers and auto detailing supplies. After a few trips I have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.

Very helpful employees , better location than Autozone which isnt bad either but this is my store of choice now. Customer service is key and they got that down.

Went there for new wipers, a nice gentleman installed them for us, in the rain, with a smile on his face. We very much appreciated him and his service!

I feel they really were happy to help me out. Good customer service.

Very nice to let me have a scanner to check a code for my engine light. Was able to clear it and drive off.
