Friends Landing-Camping

Simple, clean, and quiet camping (tent & RV). Access to multiple docks for river and lake fishing (no shore fishing or swimming allowed). Two group picnic shelters with BBQ’s available by reservation or first come first served basis. Two playgrounds (one for smaller kids, one bigger kids). Firewood, dump station, and showers (bring quarters!) available for a fee. RV hookups are electric & water; no sewer hookups. Pet friendly (leash requirement and friendly pet protocols strictly enforced). 2 mile (?) paved walking loop around lake. RV area and bathrooms are ADA accessible. Older facilities but clean and well maintained. Nice little getaway or stop-over.

Decent spot, costs a little bit. Offers fishing if you have a license. A friend made this place for a friend who passed, pretty awesome friend! Spot was quiet and people friendly.

This place is nearly perfect. Large spaces, clean and very quiet. Beautiful lake with hiking trail all they way around it. No propane, no laundry and sites only have water and electricity so you have to pull over to septic dump that costs $10 every few days. The rates are low so the Septic dump fee is only annoying. I will definitely visit again. Lots of kids on bikes so drive carefully.

We love this little park, It has it all going here. For hikers, joggers, cycling & campers, canoeing, kayaking, boating, fishing, bird watching 152 acres It has a paved trail that goes around Quigg lake close to 1.7 miles long. 3 docks on lake with boat launch A playground for the children & horseshoe pits, covered picnic area. This park also sits alongside the Chehalis river with dock & river boat launch. Restrooms and showers are very well kept. Kudos to the camp Host.

Very nice place to come and relax. You can do the whole loop trail either by walking or biking. A perfect place to bring your kids.

Compared to other campgrounds we've been in... This campground was glamping for us! Clean, spacious, running water, showers, electrical plugs, light switches in the bathroom, a kids park, RV and tent designated areas and a trash can at every camp site! Loved it here and glad we traveled an extra few miles to get here. There's also a few trails and access to the water.

I visited this camp/boat/picnic site in Oct, 2020. It was very well maintained. Something for everyone. RV sites, picnic sites with shelters, 2 boat ramps, playground, showers, and an easy level trail around the lake, black berries, and tons of places to bank fish. 1 boat ramp was for the Chehalis River (bass boats) & one to launch a canoe or kayak at Lake Quigg. Lake Quigg is non-motorized. There was an easy trail around the lake. It was paved & had a board walk in spots with plenty of places to drop in a pole or sit on a bench. Most camping spots were private & some were lakeside. I didn’t camp there... this time. Definitely going back!

A nice place to spend some time. Camping area well maintained, Clean and landscaped. With flowers throughout. Handicapped Portapotties, plus large bathrooms with showers. BBQ area with pop machine that Works. Plus fireplaces in each campsite. And peaceful walk around Lake Quigg. Boat launch for the river and lake.

Beautiful park to stop at when visiting the beach. Has several camping/rv spots with electricity and dump station. The walking path around Lake Quigg is about 1.6 miles and mostly paved. There are two portions of the trail that have wooden decks that are currently very slick and unmaintained, broken boards and uneven slick surfaces. Great spot for fishing and enjoying nature. Just needs the owner/operators (Port of Grays Harbor) to keep it better maintained to preserve its beauty.

This is such a wonderful place to camp! We camped there last year and am going to this year! The people who run it are so nice and the bathrooms are clean with nice showers even! The trail around the lake is really nice I walked it everyday with my dog last year and plan to again this year!

Amazing place for a walk very well maintained. One of the best trails I've seen yet! And dog friendly too!

Beautiful well kept park the trail was flat with no incline would be wonderful for all persons

Wonderful quite RV campground. No sewer hookup, but free dump. Grounds well taken care of, but children’s play area needs new bark, and play set needs some tic. All in all a great place off the beaten track!

The class of 1987, we had our reunion there today perfect setting quiet and clean

Beautiful location to camp, but it is a little out of the way. Bathrooms were fine. Just the outhouse variant with no running water.

Overall, for those looking for some time in nature, this is a great spot!

We will be coming here every year! Great family atmosphere! Fun for EVERYONE!

A group of friends had a picnic bbq there. We will go back next year, however earlier in the summer because the yellow jackets are bad in September.

Great place to RV or camp, has a boat launch and a nature trail around Lake quigg. Fishing in the lake and chehalis river.

Great Facilities and staff at the campground. It's all very well taken care of and not to far off of the highway. The washrooms are clean and check-out is at noon which is great. I will definitely return to the campground.

The management is great! Right on the lake! Nice walking and biking trail. Nice Play ground for the kiddos. My favorite space #17.
