Melissa Champ from Oly-Pen Real Estate surpassed ALL expectations. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. She answered every phone call I made or returned the call within minutes. With six different estimates on how much to price the house, she was right on target with her estimate compared to the average of the others. The house sold much faster than I had anticipated. One trait of hers I admire is her INTEGRITY, she would tell me immediately if she didn't like how a deal was going, or if the buyer seemed like they were trying to cheat me. Beyond that, if I tried to say anything that wouldn't be in the best interest of the other party she would be quick to remind me of how important it is to be fair in everything.
