Wintana was my barista this afternoon. She was working by herself and had a long line. She pushed through the line in record time and made my order perfectly. Definitely a hard worker and excellent customer service to boot.

They are normally very kind and professional if they make a mistake they normally fix with no attitude or problem there only thing I would change is maybe smile a little more

There was only one person working there on a fairly busy day. She was doing an amazing job - this review isn't about her. She was doing the absolute best she could. It seems like management could do a little better planning out staffing shifts though.

This is terrible Starbucks. There are working rude staff. No smile, no hello, just spiteful looks.
