McDonald's

I was very disappointed! I ordered an iced coffee for curbside pick up. I waited close to 30 minutes and then went inside. My coffee was sitting on a counter. The young girl working was very apologetic and offered to make me a fresh one, but I declined since I had already wasted enough time. I just don't understand what the problem was, there were only a couple customers that went through the drive thru while I was waiting. Hopefully they will get things straightened out soon, because I know there have been a lot of complaints about this mcdonald's recently, and they may end up losing a lot of their customers!

We had our own drinks - as drinks are so expensive. But we ordered 4 MacDoubles and 1 fry to split.

Order taker was courteous. Girl at the food window was also very courteous. Order was perfect. Food was hot and tasty.

Price was good (remember no drinks LOL). We will return.

Used to be really great about getting people.Their food quickly now have gotten to the point we're on average.There are 2 to 3 cars it's not more waiting for them to get their stuff in order to get our food out

Clean place, food was what you expect from McDonald's, and the service was great.

Recent visit to the Warsaw McDonalds I observed an elderly customer complaining that her McDonalds App was not working. The evening manager helped the customer enable internet access on her phone and patiently explained that the App requires an Internet connection to work. This manager was kind and patient with the customer and in my opinion, went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. The manager seemed to be very knowledgeable and tech savvy as the problem was resolved quickly. The manager showed kindness and concern for a customer. One could say she showed love for her neighbor. This visit to McDonalds I will remember for a long time.

This place is the best. The same employees are always there. For years now. They have the whole process perfected with food hot & fresh.

Ordered the food on the screen thing. And we got our food it was very hot and good.
We don't usually get hot ff there. But we did this day. And they were fantastic.

I have made food purchases at McDonald's in Warsaw many times. The people working at McDonald's have always been efficient and friendly and the service has been great. My thanks to everyone working there for the great food and efficiency

Went through the drive thru. Not extremely busy,but moved right along. Guy was friendly and I could understand him. Had to wait for a bit to get burger, but I don't mind that at all to get a hot burger. Very pleased

Very hot and fresh food. The best I’ve had from a McDonald’s in years!

I had no complaints this visit. There were several cars in line, butt the line moved quickly. The microphone at the menu screen worked fine. Got my order, it was correct and I left. No hassle mcdees run.

Mcdonalds is always pretty quick with the food, and it's normally hot so I don't complain but sometimes the staff feel like they don't want to be there and it pours into the service they give. Other than that. Big Mac attacks get me here.

Pretty quick service. Food looked good. Today Oct 5th Breakfast. Not so good. Hard English muffins. Had to toss 1/2 of each sandwich.
