AT&T Store

We got really good customer service from the people here. They are kind courteous and helpful. They answered all of our many questions and help us find a plan that would fit for us. They were also so patient and kind to our little 2 yr old who is full of energy. They also helped set up our phones for us which made it really nice. I definitely recommend shopping at their store.

Everyone in this store is amazing, especially Libby & the male supervisor. They always go above and beyond to help & resolve all my issues. Couldn't ask for friendlier people!

We had a fantastic experience at your store. Both Logan and Libby were amazing and helpful! We came in very frustrated with our current service and they eased our mind and made the switch in a timely manner. Man what a breath of fresh air to find customer service still exists in the corporate world! Great employees are rare and hard to find. I believe both of these employees should be recognized. Whatever you're paying them it's probably not enough. Thanks again for the great service!

Logan was very professional and knowledgeable. Also, very courteous. It's refreshing to be treated like a person and not just tolerated as a customer.

Everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful. I went in with zero knowledge and the gal (i wish i could remember her name!) that helped me was so pleasant and took the time to help me get everything I wanted and helped me save so much money. She is a ROCKSTAR!!! And after I got my phone i had to return to work across the street and in the meantime, they transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone and then Matty brought me everything to my work! They are all amazing and deserve the recognition!!!

New to town and wanted to switch Carriers. Had an amazing experience and even got the brand new iPhone 14 plus the day it came out! They were fully stocked on things and ready to help.

I am in agreement with the other positive posts! The staff are wonderful, real people not fake! Matt is awesome and the young gal from the northern part of Missouri help me reset my hands free in my car after an update had caused a reset. I am not that tech savvy and she set it up in two minutes. Few employees go that extra mile to be sure you are not only a satisfied customer, but also a real person. Cudos to this store!

Our experience at the Warsaw AT&T store was extremely pleasant. Matt our sales rep was more than knowledgeable & friendly & after our rather lackluster experience with the Sedalia store we couldn’t have been more happy with the Warsaw store & we will now make the drive to Warsaw for all of our business!

I was in this store yesterday and had a great experience. The sales staff worked with me to come up with a solution and I felt they gave me suggestions that were in my best interest. I’ve been a long time customer of another local AT&T store and have often felt like they did things that were in their best interest. For instance, it wasn’t uncommon that I had additional charges applied to my account. Thank you for taking time to listen to me and finding a solution. You will be my go to place from now on!

Fast friendly service. Problem resolved :-)

AT@T company sent my 86 year old mother a new box to replace the old one she had. Instruction were vague at the least. Did not speak on the sim card needing set-up or swap out of the old one from the other box. Called AT@T and waited 20 minutes each time for someone to answer. Was disconnected both times. Drove 11 miles to the Warsaw AT@T store and Abby was awesome. She helped me and within 10 minutes I was out of there. She is a keeper AT@T

My timing was great, no wait. Logan, I believe was the name of the AT&T employee that assisted me. He clearly helped me look at my options to assist in my decision making. 👍

Every time I go into the store I'm greeted with friendly people, and they know what they are doing! I haven't had ANY problems with AT&T since I've been with them. Best move I made from T mobile

The Best service I have ever got with a cell phone. The seal man asks to help me when I walked in so that was wonderful I didn't have to wait and he took care of all my needs and wants in a very timely manner so when I walked out I was very satisfied with everything thank AT&T
