Drive through only seemed good. I am not a Star Buck's person. just picked up a drink for a friend. all went great

Best Starbucks ever!!!! Me and my sister came in with special orders and the workers were very sweet and got us our drinks in no time!

The drink was amazing I love Starbucks but staff was not working together very well so I sat at the window for 10 minutes looking at my drinks sitting on the counter while three cars piled up behind me and their drinks also were sat on the counter but nobody was handing them out the window

There are so many nice things at say about this crew!! I pull up in the morning, and my order is already on the screen! Everyone I'd cheerful and kind! Especially Mary and Isaac!

This is a fairly new Starbucks in our area. The manager is AMAZING ... She's so upbeat, working right along side her staff. The staff is friendly and work great together. The place is always clean. And the drinks are GREAT! So glad they are in our little town!!!♥

I've never cared for Starbucks much, but the friendly staff & atmosphere here has changed my opinion on Starbucks.

I did have an issue once but it wasn't their fault (app issue) but they were friendly about it and gave me a gift card for my troubles.

Only coffee shop in Greenville and it’s great I go here a few days a week.

Employees and team at this location are always friendly kind and quick my favorite Starbucks location out of all the states I’ve visited (aircrew)

The batistas are always super friendly to myself and the littles. They offer different recommendations if youre looking for a change in your typical order.
The coffee always tastes better when you have a friendly batista!!!

This new store along with the Waterfall location are my two favorite in Grand Rapids! Mary, the store manager, is so kind and helped me select a beverage that was made by Nathan to perfection. Highly recommend stopping by this gem of a Starbucks! 💚

This starbucks location has been the best out of all the others that I have went to. The workers are so nice to you and they ask if the drink is good or ask if you have tried it before. Today when we went we ordered 2 grandes and one worker asked if we wanted a messed up venti. That was so nice to ask someone. I highly recommend this place if you are around the town of Greenville.

Customer Service is Top Notch!
Isaac was amazing and actually cared. I've been to many Starbucks and this one is definitely the best non-corporate feel.

I've been impressed with Starbucks since they opened. To manage the huge turnout they had for the first few days and then get slammed with the ice storm, and no power opening week but then just come back up and ready to go as if nothing happened is impressive. Great addition to our Greenville business roster! Loved my extra carmel Frappuccino too.

Super fast service, really friendly, tasty drinks, and great ambience (I love the way Starbucks smells!). They’ve been SO BUSY since they first opened, and they are handling it like champs! Any negative reviews during opening week are just an excuse to be mean.
