McDonald's

I've been here too much to fully admit and every time I get great service. Friendly staff. And Cali deserves a promotion!

We all know McDonalds, by now. The quality of food is dependent on your hunger. Long term though, this is not a place one should eat on average. This is of course my opinion based on for my health. I rate this place average for food. The service is always exceptional. No regrets dealing with the caring and friendly staff.

Good fast service food was to be expected from McDonald's...

They do a good job of getting people thru their very busy drive thru. I did recently go in for an item, and the Mgr was complaining that no one had emptied the overflowing garbage can in the kitchen area. There was trash and napkins all over the floor, and staff was just walking over it back and forth instead of picking it up. I totally get the managers frustration. I just think maybe not in front of customers.

This McDonald's seems consistently under staffed. The team there does a wonderful job of being efficient, but service is typically slow, through no fault of theirs. Have patience.

I took my daughters here to get fresh hot chocolate chip cookies. The ladies made sure they were fresh because it is my daughter‘s first day at camp. Not only is the food always good but the staff is absolutely amazing. Thank you all so much!

This trip in the drive thru was quick but there were only 4 cars total and only one ahead of me. I was surprised to only see one vehicle at the menu board so I dove in for an iced tea. The workers are always great and pleasant but sometimes this drive thru can be well.......a bit time consuming. I really think now its a staffing issue so if your looking for a job, maybe apply instead of complain to them. They're just trying to make a living. 😁😁

Morning shift gets my ice coffee right

We are here late on a Thursday after dropping the trailer at the race track and getting organized. Was very clean, staff was friendly, and food was fine. Can't always expect later hours in rural towns and was pleasantly surprised. For the record it was 9:30 PM and not that crazy, but many places were closed.

They were very nice and the building was very clean, and there bathrooms was clean too! I was surprised, because the Grandrapids micky-D on 28th and Eastern is very dirty. I couldn't even use the bathroom there. I let them know about the bathroombeing dirty, and the lady gave me a dirty look, and said okay, and walked away. So I just stopped going there. They are so rude at that micky- D.

Never have we had a problem any time we go. Food is always hot and fresh. And everyone is friendly and courteous.

I messed up on the speaker when I ordered. They were like no problem!

Extremely friendly staff and quality service! I sat in the lobby for roughly an hour and saw the staff give table service almost like you would expect from a full restaurant, offering to refill your coffee and take care of your tray. Janet is doing an amazing job! Extremely impressive for what you would expect from a McDonald's.

It's clean the bathrooms are very clean. Ordering is quick inside. Friendly staff. Your menu needs to be updated. Some special and exciting salads.Have some seasonal sandwiches paired with an exciting mouthwatering salads. Drive thru man o man very fast even with two lanes I never received a wrong order since you guys have a manager training the personal and mentoring and following thru. The only thing when ordering drinks and meals please have your staff start with may I get you a large drink.

Missed the human touch when ordering. However placing my order thru the kiosk was fast and efficient. The time I would have spent waiting in line I was already at my table. And when my order arrived the server was very nice and personable.

Staff was very courteous in helping us get our order the way we liked.

Imagine this, friendly service. Handled my order correctly and improved my night greatly after my last visit acrossed town. Worth the slightly longer drive dont waste your time at the other greenville location.

You know the great thing about McDonald's is me personally i allways order a buck double with mac sauce but anyone can litterly go any where in the world where theres a McDonald's and order your favorite food from there and its consistant itll tast what you expect i think that my favorite thing .

I love the iceys and the buttermilk chicken strips. The people were very nice 😊. The store was very clean. I love the new computers so you can order and pay for your food.

Its 7:37 a.m. such a nice guy at the counter I never do surveys or anything but he was so nice how could I not let him know he's appreciated his name was Zack or Matt just a sweetheart thank u for being kind and just awesome only info I had is ks#3
