I gotta tell you, best McDonald’s experience of my life. Guy on the intercom was quick and to the point, got the order right away. Paying was quick. Getting food was quick, all during peak dinner hours. Staff was very friendly. Then came the food! Fries fresh and hot, nuggets were hot, burger was good. And! They got the order right, sauces and all. Not a single thing wrong with i didn’t think was possible with McDonald’s

The restaurant is in the middle of a full interior renovation, should be done by the end of December 2018. The drive thru remains open. They are always fast and accurate with your order.

Very clean, efficient, lots of parking, hot hamburgs, etc and even paper towels in the bathrooms!! A plus!!

Kyle goes above and beyond for his customers your store sure did get lucky finding Kyle to run the store!!! Thanks Kyle for being a star!!

Sadly, I didn't notice until I got home. Bummer!!

I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time. I think their prices have increased a little too high for sub-standard food. However. During a rainy motorcycle trip, we stopped in the Ishpeming McDonald's. We were graciously welcomed (dripping wet mind you) by a lady who has worked at McDonald's for 32 years. 27 years at that same store. Incredible. Unheard of by today's employment standards. She took care of us like we were her own. We dripped water all over the floor from the front door to the back. She happily mopped up after us. I then had a Big Mac and fries that reminded me of the first time I had one. The bun was soft yet toasted perfectly. The meat was seasoned nicely and hot. The Mac sauce was perfect. The lettuce fresh. The fries were perfect. The facilities were clean and working properly. If all McDonald's held themselves to Ishpeming's standard, I wouldn't complain about the price. McDonald's, take notes.

Best McDonald’s all around. Staff was so friendly. My kids loved playing in one of the only play rooms left at McDonald’s! Very clean. We don’t venture out this way much but we will be coming more now!

Ranked against other locations. Very good, very clean.

This is the only McDonald's I've ever enjoyed going to. I don't know what they do differently, but the foods always been fresh and they still bring your order to your table when dining in. Plus, the kids love the playplace.

Probably the best McDonald's drive thru experience I've ever had. The line was pretty busy, but moved surprisingly quick. The two staff members I encountered were extremely friendly and polite. The food was almost "burn your mouth" hot. 5 well deserved stars!

Just wanted to say I like the the service and clean place to eat. There one your team member that made us feel at home thanks to Desiree Hopper

I get my 13 yr old Jack-Chi, Tank large ff. He only eats McD's ff. He knows the box when I bring it in.

Went there at 11:40 pm. Girlfriend just gave birth and needed food immediately after. Needless to say they hooked her up! Friendly staff even though it was close to closing time!

Great McDonald's experience. Hot food was brought right to our table with not much waiting. Restaurant and restrooms were very clean, and staff was nice. Would definitely return.

Used the app and it made the ordering and pick up quick, easy and painless. The people at both windows were very nice and polite.

Didn't grab the managers name today but she was super nice. I brought my 3 year old son and he likes to do things himself. She was very patient and friendly. dining room was clean. play place was clean. Food was hot and fresh. Hotcakes and french fries for lunch. Lol

After the remodel this place is amazing! They added a do-it-yourself station where you can handpick the items you want on a touch screen device at the right hand side of the counter. Super convenient as you don't have to worry about a employee getting your order wrong. Service is fast, as with most McDonald's.

Love seeing our friends there and whenever a mistake might happen the manager kindly makes it right.
Not that mistakes happen often but we are treated kindly as customers.

Ashton rocks there...

He needs an "ata-boy" raise. Very professional, kind and makes customers feel special too.
