Lone spur was amazing food. Great service, prices you can’t beat. Brandy was our server took great care of us. Definitely will be back!!!

It is brand new, so I would suggest waiting a few weeks to let the kinks get worked out. However, once we got our food it was delicious! Huge portions and great taste. Our server was very friendly!

The food is delicious and the service is first rate. Even though it was busy Brandy never left me waiting. I'll be back for sure!

Really cool western/country themed. Friendly staff, awesome food, huge plates of food that are surprisingly not over priced! Loved it!

The food was great! The kids pancakes were huge, considering how busy it was the 30 minute wait was worth it🙃definitely gonna go back!!

Our first experience was 4.5 stars- good service and excellent food, we had the chorizo skillet and cowboy skillet. service was just a touch tardy with the check. Our 2nd experience started with good service and the cowboy skillet was great again but the eggs benedict was awful- the holllandaise was separated and the whole thing just had a terrible flavor. After our food was delivered we didnt see our server again until I went and found her and asked her for the check and a box for the cowboy skillet nearly 25 minutes after our food was delivered. Wasn't her fault- she had picked up the entire left side section- maybe 10 tables. One great experience, one really bad. I hope they get it together!!!

Waited 45 minutes for our food. Once it finally arrived, the "veggie benedict" had 2 tiny pieces of spinach, no avocado, and a tiny slice of tomato. Hollandaise was lumpy and separated, ton of paprika(?) on top. Hash browns not cooked and cold. Sent the plate back and told them not to bother remaking it. Server was very nice, but they need to learn how to sit tables so they don't sandbag the kitchen causing the wait on food.

Seriously disorganized. Do better.

Horrible....friends sandwich "Hot Pastrami sandwich" sat in the kitchen window for 15 minutes and not Hot when we finally received our meals. Our table was at the back and we could see right into the kitchen. Her onions ring (that were a $1.50 upcharge) were cold and soggy. My Reuben had no sauerkraut, meat was grizzly...just a sloppy sandwich that just fell apart when I tried to pick it up.....service was terrible. Will not be back...EVER!

We had high hopes for this place because the location in Durango was so good. Sadly, this was awful. We never knew a restaurant could screw up breakfast THAT bad.

We arrived at 1030am and were told it would be a 30 min wait. We ended up getting sat at 11:10am. No biggie. We didn’t have our drinks on our table until 11:30am. Our food was delivered to our table at 12:15pm and it was terrible. Our breakfast burrito was awful and dry and the bacon in it was raw.

My son had a hair in his skillet. 🤢

Our daughter’s pancake was burned and dry.

When we went to use the bathroom, we had to walk by the kitchen and the wait staff was standing around consoling a waitress who was crying.

The host wasn’t professional looking but very kind. The manager was wearing a black jack Daniels t-shirt and the rest of the staff looked frumpy and had dirty shirts and the people delivering the food were not very friendly.

I’m hopeful they Can turn it around.

My family all had burgers, the burgers had no flavor. The thing with the most flavor was the pickle, the fries were luke warm, and our iced tea came with no ice cubes! Will not be going back, and won't reccomend!

Over an hour wait for a dry burger and soggy onion rings. Not worth the wait. Waitress was very apologetic and nice.

Hostess sat us down and got us waters. After that we sat for 20 minutes watching the same 2 waitresses walk past us. Finally we just got up and left. We never even got the chance to order. SLOW and poor customer service.

Don’t go if your on a lunch break. Super slow service, food took extremely long time and had to be sent back by both of us. Just not worth the money

Terrible - wait was nearly an hour after we ordered - wait staff wasn’t smiling, poorly dressed, looked like they just came in off the street - food was marginal and certainly not worth the wait!
