My favorite burger in all of Rockford! big menu of food including frozen custard.. a must try and if you are a vet tell them because vets get a discount!

This location is an exemplary representative of excellence we've come to expect of the Culver's standards. Friendly service, quality menu items, and all in a clean, well-maintained dining area.

Prices are a little higher than you'll pay at most other fast-food restaurants, but the quality is much higher as well.

Indoor and outdoor seating is available, and the entrance is optimal for the mobility-challenged.

Staff is always very nice, food is good, and wife loves their ice cream. Chicken strips are a hot at home, but I like the burgers! Get cheese dip for your fries 😋

Culvers deluxe is always good. Fries are great. Usually are salted and warm. It's very consistent. Never had a bad burger. Never had an issue with anything.

Despite our being a party of 8 during a mad rush of other lathe groups, our orders were perfect and served in a timely manner.

Sarah was the person that delivered our food and was extremely friendly and outgoing. She went out of her way to fix a mistake that the order taker made.

We quit going into the Rockford Culvers for awhile due to them keeping their temp so cold but the last time the temp was warmer and we enjoyed it

Love their butter burgers, deep fried cheese curds and of course dessert. Same price as McDonald's these days and 100% better. Staff is always excellent and efficient.

Pretty good food and cool service. I got a bunch of useless information with my meal from the mind of Noah S, that was cool. I’m pretty happy especially with the entertainment brought on by the bodies in the back. Good juicy burger and the fries come out steaming hot like chill out a bit fries. 5/5 stars but only complaint is they never spell my name right.

I like Culver's. The food meets expectations and the staff is genuinely friendly. I tend to eat-in because it's a decent place to sit and eat, and they work to keep it clean.

Went here with my son. He ordered the shrimp basket and the pretzel bites with cheese. I had a 10 pc shrimp. The shrimp were great!! Nice large shrimp, nice flavor and perfect crispiness to breading, not over cooked at all. It was so good we went back with the rest of the family a couple days later!

The cashier was so friendly and made sure everyone felt like a million bucks. I heard her compliment the two people before me and she complimented my outfit as a confidence boost too. I love it when they don't just view it has a job, but an opportunity to make someone's day a little bit brighter.

I only purchased a gift card but the server was very friendly.

Despite being very busy during opening week, staff took time to make sure customers needs were met. Food was done fast, perfectly, hot, and was delicious. Really gives a local feel and not like a franchise.

Love Culver's. Great shakes and concrete mixers. Burgers are good and the dish is also.

Food was great as always, did have a rude server that was apparently on his last day. Assistant manager came put and appologized however at that point the server should be told to go home.

The opening day for culver's was very busy but my food was ready in 5 minutes! Friendly staff and food was delicious! I will be visiting again in the future.

Favorite "fast food" place. But not fast food.. It has its own class.

I just wish the chicken sandwiches weren't so flat.
