I called the Lakeway location around closing time on Sunday. Justin confirmed the patio set I wanted was in stock, took my payment over the phone and first thing on Monday morning, scheduled my delivery for that Friday. He followed up to make sure delivery was made and that I was pleased with my purchase. By far, one of the easiest purchases I’ve made! Heidi M, Burnet, TX

We dealt with Andrew the Store Manager at the Lakeway store. He was extremely helpful and he has an excellent team there, as Wynn helped us as well. We had an issue when it was delivered, as several bolts/nuts missing and the top was loose. When my husband called Andrew he helped immediately. Great experience. The Farmhouse outdoor dining set is extremely high quality and beautiful. We were considering Polywood, but we liked everything about this set so much better. The table was the perfect size as well. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved Ken (salesman) it had the most wonderful patio furniture with fantastic warranties backing their products. It felt like sitting/laying on a cloud!! We were SOLD!

Our sales person, Wynn, was very helpful 🙏 He was understanding of the numerous variables and requirements we walked in with on Easter Sunday, and kept those in mind while we we going back & forth between new variables we hadn’t considered 😂 It was gymnastics, and Wynn got us to the finish line like a Champ 🏆 Delivery’s set for ~ April 11th! We’ll be sure and share photos when it arrives! We’re excited!!

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. I looked at everything I was interested in then Justin Dotson asked me if I had any questions. He explained the difference in the table & chairs I was considering. He told me if I had anymore questions to let him know. I discussed with my daughter and son in law what would work better for me. After talking with them I selected the furniture I wanted. Justin was a big help.

We had a great experience here at Chair king. They had so many outdoor seating options and good specials going on. Many different styles and options for everyone. Ann was a great help to us.

The sales person, Wynn, was very knowledgeable about the products. There was no pressure to purchase anything. The store had a huge selection to look at and sit on. Wynn answered all of our questions. I never felt rushed as I sat on many types of sofas and chairs. We did purchase a set of furniture. I even called back later that day and ordered another piece! The purchase was easy with a delivery date we got to choose.

From the moment I walked through the door I was welcomed! The showroom is kept immaculately clean. A Quiet atmosphere w/ low music in background! Different settings by various manufacturers .ade it easy to review ! Everything seemed labeled too for $ pricing questions. Sales person Wynn was helpful to discuss concerns and show apporiate products while remaining non pressure! I ended up buying something I wasn't looking for, but I found a great $ sales deal! Im Very happy with the outdoor rug!

Andrew and Liz helped me with my furniture purchase. I purchased the Polywood furniture for our vacation home on a lake. My experience working with both Andrew and Liz was excellent. This store is amazing! They have a large, clean, easy to navigate showroom floor. Their displays are set up to help you envision this beautiful furniture in your space. I really enjoyed walking through the store making my selections.
The service at Chair King Backyard Store was equal to the quality products provided. Andrew let me know he was available should I need help and he let me walk through without hovering. When I did have questions he was available to answer them. I found Andrew to be incredibly knowledgeable with regard to the products and inventory. I really enjoyed my time with Andrew and walked out with many items I know we will love and enjoy for many years to come.

4 months later - nylon glider on chair got lost. Asked Samantha for help replacing it; BOOM! Done. Her responsiveness is amazing. Chair King is the standard for Customer Service. It doesn't get better than this.

The salesperson was amazing. Very knowledgeable and eager to find out information she didn’t know. She checked on us periodically to answer questions, but gave us our space and was never pushy. The selection was great and the sale was phenomenal. We will gladly go back.

Exceptionally knowledgable staff. Our salesperson put forth effort in finding us what we were looking for at the price we needed to stay within. I was also very excited to learn that Chair Kind offers discounts for military personnel and healthcare workers. We were grateful for that as well. In addition - the selection of ourdoor furniture - in store - was fantastic. It is difficult to know what you are getting ordering online. Loved this experience.

Doug was the person who answered the phone when I called to see if the chaise lounge I found on line was in stock. He confirmed it was, but they had only one in their store ( I needed two). He was very knowledgable about possible remedies and promptly went to work. He called me back soon thereafter to confirm he found them in two other Chair King stores and had arranged for them to be picked up snd transferred to their store for me.

Amazing customer service! If the new chaise lounges are as good as I expect, too, I will be singing the Chair King song for some time!
