Once my surgeon had done all he could for me, he set me up with Dr. Lackey. The first time I met Dr. Lackey, I knew I was in the right place. As he entered the exam room he reached over the door frame and touched a crucifix. I knew right then that I was meeting a man that could help me regain some quality of life, which is all I am asking for. He not only treats with meds, he offers epidurals and nerve stimulators. He will not only treat your pain, he and his CNP's will guide you to do the right thing for your overall health. I have been a patient for some time now and I have always been treated with respect from everyone in his office. Thank you Coosa Pain and Wellness for helping me maintain a manageable quality of life. And a side note, the wait time is no longer than any other doctor that has a good reputation and patient base......5 Stars, Thank You Doctor Lackey and Staff.

Dr Lackey is from the country so I kno he's good. So glad I found him!!!! He just keeps getting better and better!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't had a bad experience yet. He does things I wouldn't let another dr think about doing.

Great Dr's just the wait time is around 2 to 3 hours every month no matter what time or day you go

I was in the office yesterday for a nerve block to my lower back, I was treated with so much respect and so much kindness.
My orginal doctor is in Anniston at the same clinic, but I would highly recommend this clinic for your shots.

I had a phone visit. The nurse calls got done with her she said rhe nurse Practitioner was going to call in 30 minutes. It was 2 hours later. I missed the call I called back 2 mins later and Was on hold for 43 minutes.

First, everyone is very nice but there has to be more than nice.....my wait time ranges from 60+ minutes or more from my scheduled appointment time. I asked why this always happens and was told they triple books their appointments. I understand the need to financially support the day to day operations but this delay is a huge inconvenience for patients. Especially those that must arrange rides. Second, medication refills are now sent electronically at the end of the day. Again, patients who have arranged rides for appointments now must do so again for a late pharmacy pickup.
Please do better.

They never have an appointment less than 3 weeks out, then will cancel your appointment the day of.
Update, rescheduled 5 weeks out, they canceled my appointment again and did not contact me, found out when I showed up for my appointment. I will be taking me business elsewhere.
