THE BEST!! The owner and everyone that works there is just the sweetest!! There is even a espresso and smoothie bar inside, with a boutique, and all kinds of fun treats and sweets!! Lots of local products to the area as well!! The best shipping/ printing store i’ve ever been too!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏

They promptly faxed a form for me and were very personable. I will definitely be back when I need anything faxed or mailed! There is also a shop in there that you can order edible fruit arrangements. They gave me a free chocolate covered strawberry.

Amazing! I showed up last minute, a few minutes before closing with a return shipping label in my email that needed to be printed and stuck on my box. The wonderful woman told me right where to email it, printed it out for me and slapped it on the box! Even gave me a chocolate covered strawberry as I walked out!! I will come back here to shop in the super cute local gift items area, and will definitely be back for more shipping and printing. For someone with very high customer service expectations, this place exceeded those for sure. Go here, support local businesses, you won’t be disappointed.

The new owner is NOT the kind of guy you want to do business with. He talks so bad to his employees, and is so hard to work with. I'm not sure who raised that guy I'm just hoping they don't try again.

Terrible, terrible experience using the virtual mailbox service with this location, and the affiliated Anytime Mailbox company. Anytime Mailbox has multiple operators all over the country, but apparently has no control over their operators and no ability to rectify issues. This location specifically mishandled my mail, did not respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and continued to blame the Anytime Mailbox app for their error. I requested a check for over $1000 be forwarded to me via FedEx or UPS because the place I was staying had no USPS delivery. They claim I requested a quote for USPS mail (I did not) and then, even though I never received or approved this alleged quote (it never at any point appeared on my account), they sent the check via USPS service. I had to stop payment on the check, have it re-issued and sent to a friend, then FedEx'd to me, which all told resulted in a month long delay in my actually getting my mail. The entire time, throughout multiple phone calls, texts, and emails, they treated the situation with an "oops, my bad" attitude, as if they'd mishandled a birthday card, not a check from my bank with sensitive financial information. Do not trust these people to handle your mail!
