I have been a customer here many times. I used to live in the area and would go to that location for all of my postage needs. All the staff were friendly and worked very efficiently. The place was always kept very clean, and the restrooms were also kept very clean. Very recently I volunteered there for the recent food drive. Several mail trucks came by our location to drop off the various items of food that people had donated. I was very surprised at the amount of food that came to just my location. There were many more post office locations that were collecting food. It felt very rewarding to be a part of something so large as there were at least eat other post office locations in the county that were collecting and sorting through the donated food into different categories such as canned foods, food that was kept in glass such as spaghetti sauce or food that was kept in either boxes or plastic containers such as cereal or peanut butter. With the world that we live in today it feels good to actually see how much people care by donating food out of their own pantry and to have people show up and volunteer their time to off-load mail trucks and sort food. It was a rewarding feeling to be part of something that helps so many others.

The crew at this post office are so helpful and provide one of the best customer service. Shoutout to Taneisha at the passport section. Highly recommend this place. Keep up with the good work.

Very nice, quick passport service. Taneisha, was an amazing helper, very accommodating, did not rush us, and made sure we understood everything. She took her time, and was a very nice and funny person! Her service was fast, and very clear :)

I have always had a positive experience with the Customer Service Staff at this facility. The associates are always pleasant, polite, efficient and professional. They work quickly to ensure that the line moves rapidly.
Always very helpful and accommodating. In my opinion this is a model postal facility.

Brian and Ann did a wonderful job! I had to wait for about 15 minutes for a passport appointment and the line for packages was out the door. These two were so quick and efficient with every customer they made the line look like nothing! They were both polite and kind to everyone and made sure everyone stayed safe through COVID. The woman who helped me with my passport was also amazing (although i cannot remember her name unfortunately) but she absolutely made my day! I cannot say enough great things about these 3 workers today at the post office. Today was by far my best experience at a post office ever.

Went there to get my passports. I had an appointment for 1:15, everything was great. Ann took excellent care of us, my 8 month old baby and my husband. I was able to finish all the process in less than 30min and return back to work. I will definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family. We previously tried to apply at the summit facility but they were not helpful or organized at all. I cant say enough good things about all the employees at this post office. Thank you!

Every time I come to this postal service, the employees are always very nice and willing to help. For some reason I usually end up on Kaylyn’s line. She’s very professional, helpful, and efficient. Thank you Kaylyn! I always leave this place feeling happy because of your great customer service.

Drop box does need fixing but as waiting in line with 3 big bags with about 60 items and very nice worker Ann came and helped me immediately. She was do nice you can tell she actually loves her customers. Very rare to find people like her! Thank you Ann!

Best place to get a passport for my whole family of 7! I made different appointments online since we weren’t all able to go at the same time do to work schedules but when we went it took about 15 minutes each more or less to get all the paper work done for it. And our passports came within a month . And the service was excellent. It also tells you online everything that you need to bring so that your appointment goes smooth 👍🏽

I was extremely pleased with my visit. I went to do passports for my daughter and I. Ann was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The entire process took half an hour for the both of us. I cannot say thank you enough.

Ann Milton, who I believe is the Manager, was exceptionally helpful. She helped me issue a passport and I also witnessed how she handled other customers. I believe she will turn this branch around. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

I have been coming to this Post Office for over a year. I would like to acknowledge an employee named Ann. She not only is courteous, professional and friendly. She is a fast multi tasker. When you she her, know you will not have to wait long.

I was in & out in 20 minutes for my passport (you need an appointment). Taneisha was smiley & bubbly and handled the process very efficiently.

I don’t know when those people were at this office. But we were in and out in no time. And it’s a bright and clean office. And they definitely knew what they were doing
