Lo is always very helpful with our printing needs. She is pleasant and knowledgeable and usually has ideas to make our projects better and pleasing to the public.

I am working with Lo on getting my brand new copier. She made sure that I had a loaner while we are waiting for the new copier to arrive. Very prompt on responding to questions and searched the best deal for me!

All of the above. Good quality, professional and responsive. We could not be down for an entire weekend. Fisher's sent someone 1.5 hours up to us midday to fix our machine. Being a medical office we had to be up and running for our patient's safety. We so appreciate Fisher's responsiveness. The technician was so smart, professional and fun at the same time.

Let me just start off by saying how amazing Fishers is every time we call they have someone over promptly. Rex is great and very informative he makes sure that whatever the problem is he will get it taken care of no matter how many times he has to come back!

We like to have deal with Fisher technology. They react very quickly and send us all supplies right away. Somebody from the technical support team shows almost immediately, often in the same day and solves our problems very professional.

Rex is the man. During a very crucial large print job our motor blew out in our printer. He was did everything he could to make sure we were operational as soon as possible. And he went out of his way to find us toner when we really needed it. Great customer service.

Shane came by for another issue today. He had excellent knowledge and was able to fix it quickly and give tips for if it happens in the future.

My experience is nothing short of amazing with the Twin Falls Team! Shane showed up first thing this morning and got us up and running. He was pleasant, quick, and explained what was going on and took care of it. Courtney has checked in to make sure things are okay a couple times and Jeff called to explain the process of replacement and offered a temp solution. Wow! Just WOW! So, so, so pleased! <3
