Dragon Tale Books is a fun and whimsical bookstore, featuring a 40-foot dragon tale across its ceiling and all kinds of secret messages (from quotes about reading to quirky notes) hidden on various bookcases. The store even has its own book that explains the "legend" behind its name. Dragon Tale Books specializes in fiction and children's books with an ample collection of contemporary, romance, mysteries, science fiction, fantasy and YA titles but also has an extensive philosophy and spiritual/religious collection. There's also a section feature local authors and books about local sights and topics. Be sure to stop - you'll definitely fall in love with it!

Used to go to college in Menom and was in town this weekend to bum around and we found this great bookstore! Really nice woman working there and a great book selection. Even had a a back room with tons of kids books. I also got to pick a free blind date with a book with my purchase. Great area to spend an afternoon!

Great little bookstore. New releases on display and a great curated collection. They do gift wrapping so its perfect for last minute stuff.

Cozy atmosphere, great selection of books, the store is laid out well, and the giant dragon tail hanging from the ceiling adds just the perfect amount of whimsy. The owner is extremely nice and we chatted for about ten minutes or so. Picked up a small collection of books for a good price.

Dragon Tale offers a great selection of books, both new and used. I have always found something good to read or give as a gift. The atmosphere is welcoming and the proprietor is warm and helpful.

I'm so glad that we still have an independent bookstore in town. I much prefer to buy locally instead of from Amazon, and I never know what I might find on the shelves that I didn't know about.

Nice local bookstore. They can order books for you and will let you know when they arrive. You can probably get the same books on Amazon, but it's the personal touch that makes a difference.

Einer dieser "tiny little bookstores" - die man vermissen, würde, wenn sie ganz verschwinden würden. Ich war auf Durchreise und eher zufällig hier. Die Inhaberin ist super freundlich und kennt sich sehr gut mit Büchern aus. Viele Bücher gibt es auch günstig gebraucht. Ich habe gleich zugeschlagen und viele Bücher als Souvenirs für zu Hause gekauft. Wenn ich das nächste mal in Wisconsin bin, komme ich auf jeden Fall wieder!
