Definitely worth checking out. From the parking lot, it's only about 30 feet to the stairs that lead you down into the "punch bowl". You can walk around for a bit up top around the top ridge overlooking the bowl. Seen a few beautiful butterflies and also some frogs down by the water.

A quick little hike with two trails. One trail leads down into the bowl and the other around the top. Both are easy and have great views.

There is only a small trail here and it is only brings you around the bowl. It was very short but a cool site to see

Took my dog this spring and it was beautiful. Definitely a short stop but something to do of you're bored. Slippery trails not much gravel on them and the stairs are a little steep. Chinook also enjoyed it this past March

Its must visit in winter!

Be careful though! There is a low rope for the safety measures and also the stairs are super slippery. So make sure have good shoes and watch where you are going. Enjoy the view!

To be this pretty it has to be super cold for quiet few days. Around 0 to be sure.

Love finding places like this! A very beautiful area, and had a great drive getting to and from. I was a bit surprised at how small the area is, I was expecting trails, but the surrounding area is private property. Still, definitely worth the trip. Great picture opportunities with the waterfall and all the different colored layers (and Jaba the Hut is there). We drove out a different way than we came in, and had some nice rolling hills and winding roads.

Has a Pokestop at the sign.

Go there and see it for yourselves, it's awe inspiring!

The new stairs are amazing, they do the great job keeping that place looking good. Nice place to take the young ones and teach them things about the world. 😉

Pretty neat little spot. Usually, it's not too busy. The parking lot is kind of hidden, so be cautious when pulling in and out. Please be respectful.

So glad we came here. The rock formations were so interesting and we got great pictures. We did the path on the top first, and some areas were a bit unsafe-especially where the guard fence didn't go to the ground so if you slipped, you could slide under it and fall into the punchbowl. Lots of steps to the bottom, and some steps were missing, and some loose. Handrail at bottom very loose. Not much water from the waterfall when we were there so we were able to walk around a lot of the bottom. Quite an amazing natural formation!

It is a beautiful place in the summer or winter. Feels like your in a bowl with the best kind of forests. Calm river where the kids can play. Awesome tunnel to explore with neat art 🙃😊

I love this place. I've been visiting the Devil's Punch Bowl for years. I've been in every season. I'm not quite sure what the reasons for the name. Because I find it beautiful and very serene. There are many stairs, but if you can't do them, there is a spot up top to look down. Unfortunately, you won't get the full experience or views. But it definitely worth the stop.

Amazing natural scenic veiws of falling water pouring into a creek surrounded by otherworldly walls of stone with trees who's roots are bare to the day of light as they hang on the edge of their little world in this extraordinary hidden gem of the north western Wisconsin region.
This place is a spectacular spectacle stuffed silently inside a small section of the state of wisconsin.
You'd be missing out to not see this wonder of the wild!

I have lived a large portion of my life here in Eau Claire and never went to the Devil's Punchbowl until now! It was so beautiful and peaceful. I will definitely be returning soon. I'd love to show it to my grandchildren! Highly recommended

Always a great visit. Forever changing. Not much waterfall as not a lot of rain lately. Worth the roadside stop.

Nature's beauty at its best! An awesome display of the power of geology and how our national environment hides beauty everywhere. Highly recommend stopping here and checking out this hidden gem.

Beautiful place to visit anytime of the year but winter is a sight to see! Stairs are slippery going down.

This place is amazing! Visited 20 years after going to college and still is amazing. Glad to see they have upgraded the stairs!

It's a quick walk down and then some stairs. I feel like you could spend as little or as much time as you wanted there. It was beautiful.

Beautiful and mysterious, the Devil's Punchbowl is a great place for an adventure. Let the traveler beware, though. Goblins, gnomes, and fairies frequent this area. They hide in the rocks and scurry just at the corner of your vision. Some travelers have reported malicious ghosts and vindictive trolls within the tunnel. Is it haunted? A portal to a fairy dimension? You can only know by taking a walk at the Devil's Punchbowl!
