Log Jam

This was a very nice place to grab lunch near UW Stout. The buffalo bites were a delicious treat. The Ruben was good, but the salmon sandwich was the winner that day. The french toast was also very well liked by the table. Busy, but worth the wait.

Have been here four times in the last year. Food and service is always great. Friday fish fry and Old Fashioneds are excellent! The brunch is also delicious. I love the biscuits and gravy! My husband gets the breakfast sandwich which he says is delicious as well! Pictures are from brunch.

My wife and I were seated right away and received our drinks/food very quickly! I ordered the French Dip and it was delicious!

Friendly staff, good food, and a solid atmosphere. Can't ask for much more than that!

Great upscale pub across from campus - not unlike somewhere we would take clients for a business casual lunch or happy hour. Food is solid and tasty. Service is excellent.

We went here at 8pm on Sarurday with 3 adults and 4 kids. We got right in. Our waitress was pleasant and got us drinks right away. She was familiar with the menu as well. Our food came out quickly and it was all delicious. Extra bonus they had a couple of my favorite beers on tap!

Very tasty chicken tender melt and pulled pork sandwich. Great crispy fries as well! The sweet potato fries were spicier than expected. Good portion sizes for the price and very nice service.

What a fantastic place! The service was great. The food was delicious. I had the chicken melt and my mom had the French dip.

The food here and the atmosphere is unbelievable. Sooooo delicious. The servers are always very good too. The bartender was not very attentive the last time I came. All the times before that they were though. She only had me and one other person at the bar but stayed around the corner most of the time by the server window and I would have totally had more to drink had she actually paid attention to me. Perhaps she needs more training. Everything else though in this place is spectacular.

This deserves a 5 star because food was really good. Staff needed a little more training as we got the appetizer after we got the main course.

Food was awesome. I had the wrap and it would rank as possibly the best I have ever had (ever - anywhere!) Other orders in our group was met with similar excitement. Service was solid. Beer was good. Could not have improved the experience. Highly recommend to travelers through, such as we were.

Easy to find and get to, there is plenty of parking around the area. The menu is pretty great. All burgers can be substituted vegetarian with a black bean patty. They also have an impossible burger which is paired very well with avocado, onion, tomato and lettuce. It's a nice and well kept place with daily specials and activities.

Fantastic food and service! I dined while on a business trip - enjoyed the large, outdoor patio. The Strawberry Salad with blackened salmon was tasty!

Great food and great service. I got my meal quickly and my waitress checked on me often.

So we went there once for lunch and it was outstanding... we generally like to try out different places but had to come back to this place as it was soo good.

Very good food and cocktails along with great service. The garden patio was perfect for enjoying the emerging fall in Wisconsin!

Lovely place to grab a bite with family or friends. Nothing too crazy from your classic bar and grill but the food was really and the service was nice. Definitely worth a visit.

First time here. We were greeted promptly, seated at a nice table on the patio, told about the specials and were asked if we had any questions. Aaron, our waiter, was very pleasant and prompt with our orders. Great relaxing atmosphere and service. I even forgot my phone, went back right away and they had tucked it away for me. We live in MN but will make this a regular stop on our trips to WI. Best part is that they make great old fashions too!

This is the place to be! The food is delicious and the drinks are great. I love sitting out on the patio. Every time I have been there the service has been great. Menominee is known for being a drinking and party town amongst the college students. My experience has been that Log Jam is popular but it is a bit more expensive than some of the other dive bars in the area so its usually not as chaotic as some of the other bars.

The food was excellent (burgers were huge). It was really quiet when we walked in (Sunday around 1:00) and then a kids baseball team walked in. The staff handled it very well and food still came out quickly for all.

Delicious and generous food and wonderful, attentive service. Great date night choice and so close to the Mable Tainter Theater for a show afterwards. My wrap was delicious, as well as the chicken wild rice soup, and my husband’s Chicken Southwest bowl.
