Hello, I just wanted to take a moment to let you know about the employee service at this location. We moved from Charleston to Summerton 2 years ago after a horrible disabling accident. Eveytime I visit this location and hobble around, every employee has been super friendly, above and beyond helpful, courteous and personable. We love this location and it's employees. In this day and age it is rare to find service excellence of this caliber. Most places are rude and it seems they just don't want you in the store let alone have to help you find something. Thank you, we love y'all!

Incredible customer service. Everyone there will help you with all your Ace hardware needs. Mimie is knowledgeable and friendly. I think she runs the store. You will never find this kind of service at Lowe's or Home Depot. Perfect spot for all of your plumbing jobs. Kudos to all of the employees. Fantastic job.

I've been going there for 30 years. Mildred has been the kindest person that has help me on every project we have started. I can't find anything and she knows were every item is in that ace hardware store. All the people are great and kind. Unlike other stores you can get no help from anyone. There's nothing like a hometown, family run Hardware Store!! Simpson's Ace carry a huge variety of things that you won't see elsewhere in Manning! Also, you won't find nicer, to more helpful staff members anywhere!

I gave it five stars because of the store overall in general. When we first got there, I showed an associate a screw that I needed. He took one look at it said, "oh we don't sell nothing that small." My husband also needed a certain type of screw for a snare drum. He told him, "we don't even have nothing like that, you'll have to take it to the place where you bought it from. He didn't even take the time to help us. We asked another associate, his name is Mr. Martin. He helped us find the screws the screws that we needed.

I was only in the store a minute & looked lost. The nicest man helped me find some weed killer, he was an employee. He saw that I didn't know where to look and didn't hesitate.

When you need some help, Ace employees have the knowledge and most importantly, they are available to help you find the right parts and answer questions to help you do it right the first time. Great prices and easy in and out.

I went in to find out how to stop a bird from making a nest over my house door. And to purchase 3 tomatoes cages. If you are ever in ast for Mildred or Scott Conant. I ha e an outside connection with them but the other workers are just as good.

I love getting their coupons in the mail. They've got everything in their store from clothing to tools and gardening. The one in Elloree is one of the biggest and nicest one I visit.
