If you need a Verizon phone or help with your phone or account in any way ... go to this Manning Verizon location! They are over the top friendly and helpful and knowledgeable as well. We had Jalisa help us and she was excellent in every way. Did not rush us and made sure every question was answered about our new phones before we left. We will be repeat customers for sure!!!

My husband’s car charger broke on our trip from FL to NY. A quick map search and I was on the phone with Latresa, who gave me all the details on their available chargers. Lucky for us this location is just a hop off the I-95. When we arrived, the gals were so friendly and helpful. Latresa showed me the options we discussed and made her recommendation based on our needs (the Puregear charger works even better than our previous charger!) I recently went in and purchased a new phone at this location. My sales associate was Nastajia and despite me coming in at the very end of the day she was amazing. She was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and went wayyyy above and beyond for me when she didn’t have to just to ensure that I was able to get my new phone today. The store doesn’t have a huge instock selection as a big Verizon store would have, however they had exactly what I wanted and needed with great customer service to go with it. Definitely go see Nastajia for any cellphone questions or needs.

I was greeted in a friendly manner by both employees. Latresa was wonderful - knowledgeable and provided me with lots of personal attention and she did not try to oversell me.
