I want to give a very special thanks to the best employee at City Wireless in Youngstown Ohio.. She went above and beyond her job for me...I've had lots of phones in my life and lots of carriers and Noone has ever done and treated me as well as Michelle at the Gypsy Lane store in the Union Square Plaza...She was the absolute best...and I ll only go back to her wherever she is...She's an excellent employee and get coworker Amanda wS gr Thankyou guys so vety much!!! Great customer service. Associate was very helpful on the phone while I was shopping for a new phone under $300. Hkwever and the service I got I decided to go in there and purchase a nicer phone for $450 because of the service and knowledge of the employee. Will go back again for sure.
