Conneaut Lake Health Center

This is the best health provider in the area. The staff is amazing and they help you when you have issues with your meds or getting meds. I highly recommend Serena Mott and her associates. They really do care and take the time to get what you need

Office staff very nice and easy to deal with. She is always happy. The nurse Linda is always very helpful and answers any questions I may have. She is also very prompt on returning phone calls. Serena is the absolute best. I cannot say enough good about her.

Wonderful providers. Nurse answers any medical questions when called in a timely manner. Easy to get into and they have done all the tests necessary for me. They have gone above and beyond for me. Highly recommend.

Love NP Serena Mott,she and her staff takes really good care of me. They listened to me and my concerns sent me where I needed to go for specialty Drs.They do care about the people. Unfortunately they cant please everyone. They can not always accommodate you especially if their schedule is full,understandable. If your late more than 15 minutes it's understandable they'd have you reschedule. They have more than once squeezed me in but they do have other patients, you can always call and let them know your running late and they will understand unless an hour behind then you cant expect them to rearrange ppl for 1 persons lateness. I absolutely recommend this place. I dont usually see anyone but NP, but I have seen Lynne and he is great as well,not overly talkative but very nice and he listens as well. Love this place.

These people will take good care of you and listen to your concerns . No bad attitudes or making you feel like your an inconvenience. This is the best dr. Office in the area . I highly recommend this facility.

In my opinion 2 really good doctor's there, I can get in when I'm sick and be seen, and have had good experiences there.

I just love Serena Mott. Very knowledgeable and thorough.

Doctors are very nice but everything runs slow. The nurse Linda and secretary are incredibly rude and cannot even take the time to put a signature on a piece of paper for school purposes. Nurses never answer the phones, and nurse Linda is very unprofessional and seems to hate her job.

If you would like a doctor and staff that listens, this office is not for you. After years at this office and no specialist other than a kidney doctor, nothing got better for me. Now at a new facility for the last 6 months, and more answers are being found. All starting with a simple test Conneaut Lake Health Center could have given me to start unfolding other problems. Thank God, I changed doctors because there is a lot wrong medically with me.

Nurse is very Rude! Office is very short staffed. Doctors an receptionist are nice but as everyone knows u see a nurse more then the doctor. The thing I don’t like is every time u call the nurse station to ask a question they never answer u always have to leave a voicemail.

I have been with this network for close to 30 years. Havnt been seen in two but for the most part don’t go to the doctor unless totally necessary. Irregardless of that, called to let them know I was running behind and could never get thru. I work out of town in Erie which they know. When I got thru to a receptionist I was told tuff luck you should have left a voicemail....we can’t see you. I waited 4 days to be able to be seen and now am forced to go to the er or emergency room. Both the receptionist and office manager Linda were rude and refused to help me. After 29 years with this provider it’s a shame your customer service skills are still needing this much attention. I will never recommend this facility or it’s main provider. You care nothing about your people.
