Even though I bought my vehicle here 6 years ago, I stopped in for an unrelated vehicle problem. I didn't know how to pair my new phone to my car and a wonderful young man came to my aid. Alex was so pleasant and helpful I was truly impressed. He was so patient and explained things so I could understand. He also said if I need more help I could come back at any time. I bought a Royal Enfield Hunter 350 from Justin, I'm new to riding and new to bikes but he and Jeff made this an amazing experience. From picking out what was right for me to listen to what I wanted they assisted me from start to finish. The people here are honest and caring with passion for their work. 10/10 would come here again and will be in a few years for my next ride!

Had a good experience and bought a bike. Steve and Jeff were great, and the receptionist lady was cool too. When buying a bike plan to spend a lot on the stuff that isn't the bike, like setup, tax, title, etc. On my 3k$ bike, the extras were around 1200$. This is not bad, just a reminder. Plan accordingly.

Dawn sold us our SUV. From the time we stepped into the shop, we were treated with respect with no pressure. She was down to earth, and very friendly and knowledgeable. The gentleman who completed all of our paperwork was also friendly and had everything ready when we met with him. If you go to Honda, ask for Dawn you will not be disappointed.

Stopped in to browse the showroom but did not see what I wanted. Upon searching STNT's website I found my dreamcycle. I inquired through the contact us link and Justin responded in less than 30 minutes. He informed me that the bike was in the warehouse and had not made it to the showroom yet. We set up a time, that day, to check it out. I am very pleased with the customer service I recieved. I would consider myself an easy customer but the wife and kids not so much sometimes. The whole team made them feel at home with refreshments while we did the paperwork! I also very much appreciate the advice to cruise the parking lot prior to hitting the road for familiarization and safety. Other salesmen I have dealt with are done after the papers are signed. That is not the case at STNT. I will definitely recommend to all. If you are in the market, definitely go see Justin at STNT.

I worked with Quinton, Jeff and Dawn at Street Track 'n Trail when I purchased the 2023 sport touring CR-V Hybrid. I live in New York state, but STnT was the closest dealership to me with the vehicle that I wanted. I had never purchase a car from out of state before. I had a few questions. Sales manager Quinton helped me to understand the purchasing process quickly. He was excellent.

I also worked with Jeff, the finance department manager. The Honda website was showing me a different monthly payment than Jeff was quoting me. Within five minutes, he had everything worked out. Jeff was excellent.

Dawn sold me the car. She was fantastic. She walked me through everything that I needed to know about my new SUV. There are many compliments that I could give Dawn but, most importantly, Dawn is a good teacher. She answered each of my many questions patiently. She would explain how to operate a particular function, then demonstrate it. Next, it was my turn to practice what I had learned. We did not move on to the next task until I mastered the current task. She was extremely personable and witty. She made learning, I mean, car buying, fun.

Dawn, Quinton and Jeff were each very professional in their dealings with me. More importantly, they were genuinely sincere. While looking for a new car, some dealers treated me like I was just the next person in line. STnT made me feel comfortable from the beginning to the end of the buying experience.

I give Street Track and Trail my highest recommendation. Ask for Dawn.

Wait! I forgot to talk about the car! If you're looking for a hybrid, the 2023 CR-V is wonderful. I have driven Accords for the last 30 years. Great cars! I wasn't sure about switching to an SUV. The 2023 CR-V hybrid handles the road VERY well. The acceleration is at least as good as my 6-cylinder Accord. In sport mode, it's even better. I put 424 miles on my first tank of gas. Amazing. I've owned the car for exactly 7 days. I have 986 miles on it. This vehicle is a true pleasure to drive. And I didn't even mention the safety features, or the Bose sound system, or the rain sensing wipers, or....

If you're reading this, you're looking for a car. Do yourself a favor. Call Street Track 'n Trail. Ask for Dawn. You'll be glad that you did!

Steve Wiltrout in sales was great. Steve went out of his way to contact the previous owner of the bike I wanted to buy to try and get some questions about it answered. Bryan Lepley was also great to work with. I got a great deal on the Triumph T120 I bought and was in and out with the paperwork in less than an hour. I would absolutely recommend Street Track 'N Trail.

STNT is a family run multi generational business with more franchises under one roof of motorcycles, sides by sides ATV’s, I’ve even seen. As an example they carry Harley Division, w a large selection of HD accessories on the floor, along with Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Royal Enfield , Polaris, Ural side car machines , and Yamaha.
Too boot STNT also sell Honda cars and in the car business that’s a highly coveted franchise and Honda only allow their cars to be marketed by the best and brightest in the automotive business .
I worked with Justin in sales he extremely professional and easy to speak with when you meet him he rides a cutting edge Honda Goldwing DCT bagger motorcycle. I too had the privilege of meeting the leadership/owner of STNT Bryan and Quintin felt like I had know them for years Bryan runs his firm as a family first… then a business. It’s very subtle but impressive ..I’ve worked in leadership positions for years so I’m cognizant of people’s leadership and interaction skills.
In closing I drove over 1400 miles round trip from Maine to STNT in PA to pick up a stunningly beautiful pre owned 2019 Yamaha 1200 Super Tenere. STNT is 10 star experience I would and will buy from STNT in the future. 👍✅

Great shop. Loads of selection. Make sure to tour the warehouse too. Lots of used bikes to see there as well. Wall of Honda generators was sweet. Power goodness.

I have purchased a KLX230 for my son and a new HD Electra Glide for myself. I live in Pittsburgh, but it is definitely worth the drive to work with STNT.

I went to Street Track N Trail as I saw they had two motorcycles I was interested in for a first bike. Upon entering the showroom, I was greeted and helped out by Josh a salesman. I asked Josh if they had the two bikes still in stock and without hesitation he went back to the warehouse and brought the first bike back for me to look at as well as the second. Josh assisted me in making my decision by giving his advice on both bikes and made it an easy and painless process! I'm glad to have bought my first bike from a professional and friendly business. Easily one of the most professional, helpful, and effortless processes of any motorcycle purchase I’ve made (first new bike, but have purchased 7 over the years). No “market adjustment”, straightforward and helpful answers to all questions, and great people! Extremely easy to deal with. Had all the paperwork ready for signing when we came in for my car. I recently purchased a new Kawasaki ZX6R from here, and let me tell you, I was MORE than happy to work with these guys. I worked with Josh here, and it was probably the best buying experience I have had yet. I was offered exactly what my trade in was worth, and got a great deal on a brand new bike as well. I had a fantastic experience and can't recommend those guys enough.

I feel that a lot of bad reviews come exactly from people thinking their stuff is worth more than it actually is, or they are entitled to a lower price for absolutely no reason on brand new vehicles or bikes. Again, I HIGHLY recommend working with Josh here.
