The WHOLE STAFF is just wonderful and the docs are VERY kind, gentle, compassionate and extremely intelligent. The techs are also very knowledgeable and know their stuff as well ! They take great care of "da boyz", Blitz and Gunnar.

Update: My pooch had to have a mastectomy (results for cancer are pending). We decided to have her spayed during the procedure. This was not an easy procedure considering she is almost 10. I can not express how lucky I am to have a team of compassionate, knowledgeable, and amazing people. They will put your pet first and are up front and honest. I can not recommend them more.

Had my cat fixed here. It was a great experience, considering I am a first-timer with this. They were patient and answered all my questions. I will be taking the rest of my animals here. It is a little more pricey than other places around, but it also makes up for it in great service.

Always accommodating and friendly . Expensive but close to home and great professional staff … i have 5 cats and 1 puppy and so we see them often!

Compassionate staff, timely test results, honest recommendations
We had to euthanize our dog of 13 years and the staff was so kind and answered all our questions. Very professional and took time to explain what would happen.
Previous visits also professional and efficient with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

The staff is very wonderful and they really care about your animal. And dr. Becky and dr. Wendy are amazing very knowledgeable and very educated about veterinary medicine.

Wonderful vet helped my dog who was so sick he was to weak to walk after only being 3 months old and fine 2 days prior. This was the only place thatbwould see him after many test they were able to tell me that he had a rare disorder that left his legs so sore he couldn't bare weight on his legs two days into his treatment and he is back to being my puppy running and playing with my puppy again.b they saved the day . yes they are a bit pricey but there services are well worth it.

Had a fantastic first experience with the staff, the doctors and technicians were friendly beyond any standard capacity, and they kept me in the loop on everything that was going on. Will definitely be making them my primary pet care source.

The people are very friendly and helpful. They really know what they're doing, and were a great help and encouragement to us as we went through our late cat Malachi having cancer. They helped him to live a few more months that he would not have had otherwise, and we are very grateful for all they did for us during that time. They have also treated one of our other cats, and we feel blessed to have Dr Rebecca Stanton as our pet dr. We really like her and the rest of the staff a lot.

My bunny got sick very quickly, and while every other vet I called was booked with appointments, Conneaut Lake Veterinary Hospital didn't hesitate to squeeze us in without appointment. Everyone was so kind and genuinely cared for our Hank. On the phone when I first called, they informed me that since it was an unscheduled visit there would be a fee of $78, but upon arrival, they understood the urgency of Hank's illness, and didn't charge me for it. They sent us home with a care package to try and get Hank healthier enough for blood work. Although Hank didn't make it until the follow up appointment, they called back to check on him. I told them of his passing and they sent a sympathy card from the vet. I couldn't have asked for a more caring group of people to try and help our baby.

This vet office is very reasonable with prices, & offers boarding for your pets. Also cares for reptiles.
They are very caring with your pet, & take the time to discuss all options, & what is best. Thank you from a very pleased pet owner, only down fall is prices are high on their dental work for pets.

The doctors that work at this vet are very professional. They are a bit pricey but they have a donation box if you cant afford the meds your pet needs. They are super accommodating for needs of all animals and they accept care credit as a form of payment.

Shelby was so excited to get her stitches out today! The people are amazing n they keep you so well informed! Definitely recommend them to everyone I know!!

Excellent communication and polite. They did a great job with Beau who is normally nervous at the vet. Very reasonable prices and they are great with my bird.

The staff is very caring for my pup. If there is ever a worry, the staff is extremely accommodating and listen to what is going on. I highly recommend.

Dr. Becky is wonderful ! The staff is VERY helpful and we can't thank them enough for everything they did for us recently ! They will be our veterinarian as long as we have fur babies !!!!!!
