So excited Kokopelli’s Cafe is open, what a lovely addition to Elephant Butte! We tried the drip coffee, desert rose latte, quiche of the day, and a breakfast sandwich. All were delicious! Can’t beat the view of Turtleback Mountain either. Highly recommend!

We had breakfast here and it was great! My husband, the coffee snob, really liked the coffee and the quiche. I had a blueberry scone and some fresh bread Earl Gray tea. Both were very good.

We would suggest some additional signage to help folks find the entrance to the Cafe ( perhaps a " park here for the cafe" sign?).

I had a cappuccino and a triple chocolate cake. Both were delicious!
