There is one guy who works here who is absolutely fantastic in terms of customer service. I don't know his name but he has blond hair and has a few tattoos. If that dude isn't a manager yet, make him one! High energy, talking to all customers, keeping the vibe positive even when some of the others are more negative. Props to you, dude!

Looking for game for my godson. Person working was very helpful and informative. Helped me get what I needed and showed me how to get it to my godson then in Georgia.

I visited this game stop several times. Tyler has helped me on a multitude of occasions and provided me with excellent game suggestions. He also suggested the power up card to save 10% on my.used game purchases. Tyler definitely enjoys his job and his excitement about certain games is contagious and led me to find several games that I never would have purchased otherwise.

Went there to get an Xbox Series X. They had everything setup to run smoothly. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Honestly couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Y’all did awesome!

I love the manager at this place. He's been the manager at a lot of GameStops and I'm always pleasantly surprised to run into him, as he's helpful and knowledgeable.

Wow. Lexi is 100% the lifesaver of this company and brings a lot of hope to Gamestops services. Dan runs a great crew here and is always open to hearing about ways to improve the company. I can't imagine the hoops they jump through during the pandemic but if you need a problem solved or want support.

Best game stop ever! The customer service was top notch and the treatment was amazing. I got a used unite at another store while visiting friends and when I got home it wouldn't work. So I brought it to this GameStop since it was closest and u was not disappointed. They really try to help!!

sammy is an MVP bro.......animal crossing special edition switch had just come out & this store had the last one for sale in a 200 mile radius. i called & she put a hold on it till i got there to buy it. super understanding of me crying with excitement. 80/5 stars

Helpful staff....will take time to make sure you have a good understanding of your purchase. Good game 🎮choices....& even had small choice for older ps3 connectors & a few games as well

I went in to use a gift card. It was only one person working, but she had everyone calm and the line moving.

I went in this evening to get my son a PS4 controller, and they did not have any in store, as did nowhere else I went, the associate helped me with the best attitude and even helped me save money, and the controller is being shipped in 2 days, which was shorter than even Amazon was and 30 dollars cheaper. Her name was Jordan, at the GameStop at White Oak Village in Richmond, Va. Great job!!

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful for all gaming needs. Doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't need, but recommends items that are similar to your purchase.

Employees were nice and helpful, very nice atmosphere I enjoyed shopping. I ended up buying more than I expected but it was nice :)
