Excellent customer service. We arrived after work to purchase 4 tires and there was a wait of several hours that would put them past closing time. The tech was okay with it and so was management. We went to the local Red Lobster and had dinner while we waited. When we got back they were almost done. Never a cross word or sour expression. I will return even though it's 20 miles out of my way.

Great price on tires. Those Douglas tires are good and not too expensive - customer service team is amazing. Bit of a wait but I had some shopping I'd been putting off for a year when I go to Walmart each week and rush through. I had plenty of time to get those things this time though. Overall a very pleasant experience, though I still managed to forget a thing or two. I do feel a bit bad for those Walmart employees though - a tough job with not enough pay - and they all do such a great job too. All extremely intelligent hard working folks. A lot smarter than me (I'm not very bright, really). I did have a bit of a wait but at another store same wait with double the price so I think I'll stick with Walmart when I can.

This center may be slow, but they’re SUPER helpful and SUPER nice. The service here bumps my four (because of speed) up to a 5. Worth saving your money!

Auto manager and costumer service employee (Rebecca) we’re both so helpful. My back tire needed to be replaced immediately because I needed to be at a funeral within the next few hrs and was 3 hrs away. Rebecca was so sweet and rushed to see what she could do and the manager put the tire on himself. Great service and just great people for understanding.

Needed an oil change early on Sunday morning, where do you Walmart, $30 opposed to Jiffy Lube who charges over $100. Walmart staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they don't try ro sale you air filters and all the BS Jiffy Lube does. Even a dealership is cheaper than Jiffy Lube. Much better choice...Walmart auto center

Although there were some issues that caused me to be there for a while, the men were very kind and helpful. Plus the location gave me time to do some shopping.
