Really user friendly. Cut my keys pretty quickly and most importantly they worked. I had two cut by a Walmart employee of that same key and neither of those worked. So on my way back to return the keys Walmart made, I stopped in the entrance and got 2 brass keys that function properly. I’ll be going back and getting some Cincinnati Bengals house keys with confidence that it will be a success. Very happy with my little key making adventure I had at the kiosk. Plus no small talk. That’s always better lol.
