McDonald's

I have been coming to McDonald's in many different states since I was age 2. It is always a fun experience to progress from the happy meal to a adult entree. Prices have gone up considerably but I personally think it's worth it. I am just happy to be able to take my kids to McDonald's much the same as my father took me five times a week minimum. I have been struggling lately to find a healthier menu there. I think they should have a few more options for that

03/22/24::Joann was Great, Customer Oriented, On top of the game, Top Shelf! My 2C Combi, No Salt was very good. Joann stayed on top of making sure there was No Salt on the patty. Very Kind. All staff was kind to customers AND to each other. Very brotherly / sisterly live in hugs on shift change. Made me feel Great watching the love. Store extremely clean. 02/08/2024: Only good McDonald's in at least a 10 mile radius. Always clean. Assistant Manager Larry was Great. Competent, Listens, Follow through with line cook to make sure my patties have no salt. 09/11/2023: McBusy Cleaning Bees. Staff great. Ice Cream Nice. No Snickers McFlurry. So, so much better than Butler Creek. Must be different franchise. Last Visit: Always Great. Always Clean. Great Staff

I was very surprised and pleased that this store was decorated everywhere for Christmas. We will make this our location now. As we have sworn off all businesses that were too woke to celebrate what most people do..the birth of Christ. They want to be closed on Eve and the 25th but don't recognize why. Good job to this location. Oh, the food was surprisingly good too.

My boyfriend and I live in the area and we always come to this McDonald’s for a midnight snack. We’ve never had any problems and they have great customer service!

At my age I have been to my fair share of McDonald's restaurants. Hundreds and hundreds of them. Often times one expects to be greeted by an unenthusiastic staff member and sometimes when you receive the food it feels like it is hastily prepared without much thought on its appearance or accuracy. This was not the case at this particular McDonald's. My daughter and I went here after doing a little bit of door dashing, and we found the staff to be very very pleasant and happy. They were very courteous and very helpful. Our food came out accurately and promptly. I was so impressed by the staff's friendliness and work ethic that I really felt compelled to leave them an excellent review. I don't know if all of the crew are always like this but the crew that they had working when I visited had the restaurant running like a well-oiled machine. I was very impressed. Besides that fact the restaurant was also in pristine condition. It was absolutely spotless both inside the kitchen from where I could see it from my vantage point and also in the dining area. Major kudos to the management and to the staff for running such a great crew so effectively. Well done.

Best McDonald’s in Kennesaw. Always friendly, food always hot and order on point. Do not go to other McDonald’s in kennesaw theyre trash. Jiles/Baker road location is McHimothy

I was especially pleased with how nice and attentive "g" was. I work for door dash so I frequent several times every night and he is always super kind and respectful. Very well spoken. I def went out of my way to give this man a little recognition. You don't see kindness like that nowadays

This is actually the best McDonald's I've ever been to. My friend and I come here at least once a week for a late night, post-shift meal and we've never had a problem. The staff is always so nice and, unlike other locations, they don't make you feel like they hate you just for being there so that's always a plus! Food is always good, the fries are a hit or miss though. Best location in Kennesaw!

This location makes an effort. Their smiles and courtesy are genuine. They always try to make it right. They also care about each other as team members. The food is always fresh and they often go out of their way to brew me fresh decaf coffee in the afternoon when I order and they feel they shouldn't serve me the one from the morning. Kudos to a great team!

I do Doordash here a lot. & this location is one of the best for dashing. Never had to wait more then 5 minutes even for a big order. Staff is super friendly and professional even at 2-3am. Plus it’s 24 hour dine in, which is better for us dashers. Get to skip the drive thru line everytime.

It is extremely suitable for families to enjoy a meal and a great time together

Quick bite for breakfast some mornings

I love this location. If you order DoorDash after midnight, they are bound to get your whole order wrong, and you'll be able to recoup your costs minus tip. So many free meals due to their boundless incompetence! Keep up the, uh, work. I guess.

My favorite McDonald's in the are. Workers are usually friendly and professional. No problems with food so far..

Because I'm usually on some kind of Hill kick or another I don't usually make my way to a McDonald's but after much debate I made it to this one and was surprised at the level of service and then excellent food that I received. There's no there was no wait time I was able to order there were no Mix-Ups and food was hot and fresh

I never thought I would have a great experience at Mcdondals but. They were pretty nice. They gave me food, when something was wrong they fixed it simply! Definitely great staff!

Although this place was much busier than the Cowan location this location had the shake machine clean and running!!!! Thanks for making our 1st grimace shake possible!!! And shame on the Cowan location for being lazy they legit are losing thousands not selling that shake!!

This is my go-to McDonald's. I don't think they've ever forgotten any of my food before and service is always super fast and friendly. Something I do notice though is the inconsistency of the cost even when I order the same thing.

Super quick and easy this morning. Cashier gave me wrong change on accident, very quick and apologetic to get it fixed. No problems with order, even gave me sauce with out asking. Kind workers today.
