Dunkin'

We went to this Dunkin Donuts 2 days in a row. Once around 11 am and once around 9 am. Both times the store was packed and very busy. Being from Boston this is something I'm used to and usually means that they are swamped behind the line, everything is going to take a little longer and the staff might be a little stressed. But the experience I received here was the complete opposite. My order was taken very quickly by someone who was so polite and cheerful that I was caught completely off guard and forgot my order. Everyone working behind the counter was working with quiet efficiency and together as a team. As a person who runs a bakery this was beautiful to see. The staff served all the customers in a quick expedient manner with absolutely no hint that they were slammed back there. Both times my rather complicated and large food and beverage order were sent out very quickly, without any mistakes (which is practically unheard of) and made to excellent quality. I go to dunkin donuts often and have not seen this level of service at a location in years. Whatever is happening at this location someone is doing something right. Someone in management please take notes!

Decent location, no complaints. Service can be a bit slow sometimes, but it's a college town, and I'm sure they are cycling through training new people often.

A quick coffee and breakfast sandwich. The staff was great, food came out quick, and everything was done in 5 mins.

Staff was so joyous and kind. Food and coffee are always good.

I can always guarantee a fresh hot cup of coffee every single time that I visit. The staff is kind and try to remember your order as you become a regular. I am taking 1 star away though because they tend to run out of my favorite donuts when I visit after dinner for dessert.

Went in at 5 a.m. sharp and everything was ready to go, fresh, and the staff alert to welcome me. Just down the road from my new spot will definitely continue to spend my sunrises with a cup of Dunkin’. Love supporting local coffee more than anything but in a pinch and off hours this is the spot.

Quick service. No need to order ahead because the many staff members work quickly and always get my order correct.

I came in on 2/27 around 7PM. The two workers there had a very long line of people with a lot of stress. They handled it fantastically. If a manager is reading this, find out who these two people were and let them know they did a great job.

This Dunkin Donuts is great. The location is convenient for both entering and leaving town, and the quality is good!

Other than the fact that they need more parking, awesome experience!

I'm here almost every day. I had my fair share of problems with wrong orders and bad service. Recently they have been doing a lot better, so I definitely want to give the team at new paltz's dunkin a thumbs up for the massive improvement, and the great job they've been doing. You guys are the best!

This place had awesome coffee, and better vibes. I’m gonna come here twice a day, four days a week, for two years. More sauce on sandwich next time please

Visiting from NJ. Place was Very clean, woman was cleaning all tables as I arrived, plenty staffed for a swift americano and happy to cater the amount of espresso to less than normal for me...they did this well considering there was approx 5-6 others in line/waiting. Seemed everyone was in and out. Music wasn’t too loud Or aggressive, I like to work in the morning so hanging out for an hour or so. Also WiFi functioning well. Great job new Paltz!

My coffee with Almond Milk was delicious & made me happy. All of their servers & Barista's are nice & make you feel warm inside

Integrity is a rare thing these days so it is important to note it when it happens. Today I stopped in Dunkin Donuts in New Paltz to get an Egg and Cheese. There was a small line of maybe 5 waiting at the pickup. The wait was a bit longer than usual when the Manager (I wish I asked her name) ask me and someone else what we were waiting for. About a minute later she came back handing both of us money. We both questioned it and she said she was refunding us because we were waiting long. We both tried to said this wasn't necessary and give the money back but she insisted says she didn't want her customers to wait over 5 minutes. Pretty classy!!

Had their Iced Mattcha for the first time, and it was excellent. Their staff suggested I get it with almond milk, and I am glad I followed their suggestion. Also, I got an iced tea with lemon for my girlfriend waiting in the car, and their staff recommended liquid sugar (it mixes better) instead of one sugar packet as she requested. In the future, she will ask for liquid sugar instead of granulated sugar!

Super friendly staff. Always prompt service. 5 out 5 kickflips!
