I have very little experience with this location except for picking up packages that required a signature.
Everytime I go the people are nice there are never any problems picking up the packages.

Today I arrived after they closed and the man on duty still got my package. He wasnt supposed to do this but i was grateful he went out of his way to help me.

Hours are from 10-4 for pickups and you have to drive around back. You get there by turning down the street adjacent to the Post Office and driving through the chain link fence.

I dropped packages off for delivery to my customers in Florida, California and Texas on a Saturday, at 3:40 PM, and all three packages were out for delivery on the following Monday! Will be using this location as my regular drop-off going forward! Great job guys!!!😉👍🏽

I will write reviews good and bad, because it is my belief that when its a job well done it needs to be rewarded, and when not then its a negative review. Donna the manager, calling me when promised is something this office did not have for many years and Donna brought back the quality that was missing. Thank you! You are my rockstar!

My mailbox lock was broken and they had someone come out and fix it all within an hour of me calling. Very impressed!

A little hard to find. Does not have counter service to purchase stamps or send packages. For pick up only.

These folks have done well by me twice. Polite and helpful both times.

Had questions about suspicious package. Could not get to a real person. Frustrating!!!

The staff at this annex have always been great. This review is about the carrier. This is twice now that I have stayed at home to receive a package that required a signature, and the carrier just left a note on the door without ringing the bell. I would have been at the door in 10 seconds if only the doorbell had been rung.

Here lies the place that will keep your packages hostage when deemed “undeliverable”. I wish companies were banned from using the USPS for shipping altogether because the experience is nothing short of infuriating. Don’t worry, there are dozens of people inside working but there are only specific hours for the one sole person who can provide package pick up; which are severely inconvenient for anyone who works business hours or has other obligations. The red tape with this processes implemented by the federal (or local) postal service are outdated and complete garbage. This isn’t a review for any specific person- because I know the government treats them like garbage too. In the future, will make a point to pay extra to never use the USPS again.

Long story but hang in there:

I was supposed to get a package in the mail the 23rd and my tracking said delivered. However to my surprise there was no package to be found. I had two other packages delivered around the same time form ups and they were sitting on my front door. So I call the help center and they give me the address to the packaging center that delivers my mail. So I go there, wait outside this door ringing a door bell for roughly 10min without answer.

A man that was already outside cutting grass asked me if I was being helped. I said no and he went inside to get someone. They come out I tell them why I'm there and they promptly turn around and yell to a manager, "he's all yours." The manager asks for my tracking number and says to call back between 4-5pm for answers. Turns out they close at 4...

As you can guess after 7 unanswered phone calls I call the 1-800 number and explain what's happening. They create a case number and tell me the packaging center has 3 business days to give me answers. Obviously I didn't get a call back so I called the 1-800 number and get a very uninterested and unhelpful woman who basically tells me there is nothing she can do.

So my $60 package has just vanished and I can't get any answers. I don't understand why they can't check the gps of the delivery driver where it was scanned as delivered. Or why I can't get a manager or someone with some kind of power to do SOMETHING.

I work in the service industry and I know better then most how needy or uncompromising people can be. But this is outlandishly unprofessional. And honestly I don't understand how you can do this and still keep your job. I am severely disappointed in the way the USPS is being run and our local postage center.

If I ever have the option to ship my package by UPS, FEDEX, DHL, Horse and buggy, or walk my damn self I will do so before I ever mail anything by USPS again.

If ever you read these USPS you've lost me as a customer for life and any person I come in contact with I will steer them away from you.

If it would allow me to give no stars, I would. My carrier never left a 1st or 2nd notice. I get a copy 3rd notice. When I get to the location, there is no customer service at the main door of the address. You have to drive around back to the loading dock area, whose entrance is on a different street. There is no designated parking. There's a wheelchair sign with a mail truck park in the space next to it. The sidewalk from the ramp is blocked by a floor machine and hoses. Hours are 10am-4pm. While the local branch hours are 8:30am-5pm. Very inconvenient and hazardous to the public in my opinion.

Ordered a tv remote on amazon, and paid to have it delivered to my house. They left a slip that said "Sorry we missed you" even though I was home and heard nothing from anyone. So now I've wasted my money on a shipping charge that delivered nothing, and now had to go pick it up. Only thing is it says to ring the bell at the door in the back to pick up, well there is no bell for the door in the back, only a knob with a keypad on it, and no one to answer the door. Would give zero stars if I could, but of course not. Thanks to the most underfunded and outdated government sector, I'm now getting my items over a week late, and extremely unhappy.

Last few days our mail, which always comes between 10 am and 2 pm, has not
arrived until after 6 pm.. Problems with staffing? Problems with management? Problems with Washington?
Priority Mail sitting in our box that should be on its way to somewhere else is not going to make its connection..

If I could give zero stars, I would. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is always incredibly rude, disrespectful, and slow. I will drive 30 minutes to the next post office before coming back to this location.
